Vacation rentals with breakfast in Waterford

We loved staying at the town house. Kevin met us for check-in and showed us around the house. It is a lovely house and was very clean and tidy. There were nice touches like fruit, chocolates, cookies, milk in the fridge and coffee and tea. The location was perfect for Glenn Lucas’ wood turning class which one of us was taking. There were lots of interesting things to see in the area. The town of Borris, while small, was full of charm and we loved meeting all the locals who were warm and friendly.

Absolutely delighted with everything, perfect for us. the location was great and the property was very clean, had a very good shower, was nice and warm with a comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Would highly recommend

A very comfortable and cosy cottage, beautifully decorated, part of a traditional family farm. Mags and family made us feel very welcomed. Thank for the lovely homemade bread. The property is some way down country lanes so not easy to find but persevere, its worth it for the peace and rural setting. Inistioge village is very attractive and offers local walks; it is a few minutes by car. There are also walks from the property. For supermarkets, local services and all sorts of places to eat New Ross is nearest. Lovely countryside, well worth exploring which we shall aim to do another time.

A real gem of an air bb, location, facilities, A real 5 star feeling, location, views, stylish, modern, classy, clean. value for money, highly recommended. Thanks so much for the break Marie. Truly loved all of it and your place is amazing 👏 ❤

What a little gem. About 400 metres to the village of Bunmahon where the local pub and coffee shop can be visited. (Book the pub for dinner if Sat evening). Coffee shop has lovely local copper coast coffee and tasty whipped ice cream. Additional baked goods available and some sandwich options. Best for coffee and ice cream. You can surf on the beach with Bunmahon Surf School (Tadhg has been situated there for 15 years so lots of experience). The house itself is over 3 floors, beautifully designed and decorated. Morning sun up until about 3/4pm on the back balcony with comfy lounge seats and then a lovely little area out front to catch evening sun. Hot water in both walk in showers whenever needed. Soap/shampoo/conditioner available too. Plunge pot coffee/air fryer/microwave/hon/oven all available. Recycling bins available. Parking for 3 vehicles. Greenway close by. Cathal and Paul have created wonderful place to stay for enjoying local with a colourful welcoming interior.

We arrived at Niamh's lovely cottage as the last leg of a three week tour of Ireland and it was an absolute delight and perfect for ending our trip. It was so warm and welcoming and peaceful and relaxing and had so much to visit when we could rouse ourselves to go out. Niamh is a very warm and friendly person and made our stay very special with freshly baked bread, freshly laid eggs and lots more delicious treats. Her recommendations were great too - a fabulous pub / seafood restaurant, The Lobster Pot just up the road and the best fish and chips we've had at the Saltee Chipper at Kilmore Quay. Overall, we couldn't have been happier at Niamh's place and were sad to leave. I'm sure we will be back before too long. Many thanks to Niamh and Dermot for a lovely, relaxing stay.

We only stayed one night but had a lovely family evening in front of a roaring log fire, a great sleep surrounded by total quiet and then a great breakfast looking out across the valley. The Christmas tree and decorations were up and we really liked how the home was both incredibly spacious but also very homely. Loved it all!

Terry's place is perfect. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped and also has lots of character and personal touches such as the musical instruments. It is in a great location near Kilmore with lots to do and close to Mary Barry's restaurant which is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to return one day.

Teresa was a very warm host and had lovely brown bread prepaired, was most welcoming and the accommodation was excellent. And well back hopefully soon.

John and Margaret we're exceptional Airbnb hosts! They offered so many excellent touches to make our stay comfortable including things like coffee/tea/juice, but also supplies to make sandwiches in the morning. They were also thoughtful to leave a few toys out when we requested a cot for our daughter. The nice big tub was a bonus to give our daughter a bath as well. Peaceful surroundings. Overall we had such a a great stay and I would highly recommend!

The Coach House was a great place to stay. It was exactly as described. Sally was responsive and took care of everything we needed! The grounds are lovely and the cottage is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Sally. She is a pleasant hostess and takes great care of the cottage and her guests.

Delightful ,spotless appartment. Very peaceful and very well equipped. We will be back..!

We stayed at Johanna's place for a week, but we could have stayed there longer. Johanna picked us up at the bus stop on the day of arrival and drove us to the apartment, where she handed us the keys, gave us the last instructions and even went shopping for us. Thank you very much for that!!! The property is just about 2 minutes walk from High Street, the main shopping street and about 5 minutes from the large supermarket. The sights, such as Kilkenny Castle, are also within a 10 - 15 minute walk. A train stop is also a 15-20 minute walk, from where you can go to Waterford and also to Dublin. We would recommend the accommodation at any time and also book it again ourselves. Thanks for the wonderful time in Kilkenny!

Helen was a brilliant host, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect . Her breakfasts amazing ! A perfect host and would highly recommend her !!

Two thumbs up as everything was there that we needed. I had a sore shoulder and she supplied me with a cold compress. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed meeting the other guest. We got in a little later so we weren’t able to travel around the grounds or anything, but they are actually beautiful with all the flowers and foliage.

This was a wonderful place to stay to kick off a south to north hike of the Wicklow Way. Kathleen and Bill were incredibly kind and generous hosts. They picked me up from a town 15 minutes away and drove me to the trailhead the next morning. And they provided a free breakfast and a homemade dinner at a very reasonable price. Lovely, cozy stay.

Agnes was a wonderful host, very welcoming, she and her husband make us feel like home, with home made breakfast and amazing views of the country side, they showed us the surroundings in a quick tour in their family farm. The room was spotless, with lots of room to put stuff and a very nice bathroom.

The rooms and grounds were stunning. Alexander was very accommodating and friendly, my parents and I felt right at home. The tour of the residence and garden were fantastic and hearing about the family history before staying in this lovely home was fascinating. Our stay Huntington Castle was the best of our Ireland trip hands down.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Eileen's house. Absolutely beautiful house and gorgeous bedroom with a lovely ensuite. Eileen is a fantastic host & I would definitely recommend it without hesitation. I hope to be back in the future.

Gretta was a lovely host and we had a pleasant stay.

I came for just one night, wet and slightly muddy from a tour up in the mountains. And what did I find? A beautiful house, clean, picturesque, homely, a nice hot shower and a very friendly and forthcoming Ann, who gave me time to settle down, but was always there for a talk, offering tea and advice about what to see next day. Breakfast next morning was marvellously delicious, with fruit (i.e. strawberries!), muesli, yoghurt, homemade breads, spreads, and also porridge and sausages, if one liked. There really was nothing to be wished for, except a longer stay...
