(Northside) Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink while at Hull Bay Beach. “Fish Bar” is super close too, it’s so good! . A/C in both bedrooms. The two twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king bed if preferred. Queen air mattress and pack n play available upon request! Side note : I recommend renting a vehicle.

Caribia Cottage-Elegant Villa w/Private Pool

Caribia Cottage is located in a private Estate with access only through an electronic gate. The spectacular panoramic view of the St. Thomas Harbor is unforgettable and one which many a famous star toasted to when the property was formerly owned by a celebrated Broadway Producer. Walk just two steps from the Cottage into the spacious swimming pool. Enjoy gazing at the busiest Harbor in the Caribbean, as the mega yachts, seaplanes and cruise ships come and go.

Mar Brisa

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

We are a 5 minute drive to beaches, restaurants and dining, airport, seaports and downtown. We have excellent views, and you’ll love my place because it is spacious and very clean. This apt is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Pets are allowed. We ask that you kindly clean up after your pet.
