Vacation rentals with a patio in Water Island

From check-in to check-out was hassle free. Before I reached to my destination, Kassel made sure to send a detail message with instructions that eliminated any questions that I had prior. Kassell's dad was very responsive and proactive. He went out his way to make sure that my family and I made it to the correct location by driving out to meet us. The location was private and peaceful. It was very cozy and felt like home. Very friendly host and dad duo. Kenrick answered every call. All in all, my family and I enjoyed our stay. If visiting the island of St. Thomas, I highly recommend that you stay at this location. You definitely would not regret it!

If you are looking to walk out of your rental on to the beach, this is not it. If you are looking for a rental that will save you a ton of money to spend on excursions etc, this is the place for you! This unit had plenty of room, housing the 4 of us very comfortably. Easy access, as a code provided 30 minutes prior to check in. Great view overlooking the ocean. Would happily stay here again :)

We had a last minute trip and Choice Management went above and beyond! The property was lovely with lots of activities. The pool, beach, and restaurants on site were wonderful. The villa was very well stocked and had all amenities listed and more. Would definitely stay at the property again and would absolutely work with Choice Management as they were amazing to work with! This place was what we needed it for, a quick stop over on the way to Tortola. the host was super responsive, we really appreciated the extra touches like a Home Display for playing music, the coffee, and really strong air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host Randall was spot on with restaurant and shopping recommendations. The pictures you see on line are exactly what the villa looks like. Short walk to the beach and Westin. Easy to get a taxi. We will definitely be back and staying here again!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

The view and pool are amazing! The inside was nicely done and well equipped. If you’re looking for something with a view and pool and not far from town, this is a great option.

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. Our stay was amazing. The host provided us with a driver for the duration of our stay and we felt so safe in the home. Very responsive when anything was needed and very friendly. We would definitely stay here when we visit St Thomas again!

Michael and Jenny were above and beyond the best hosts we have had from AirBnB. From the beautiful location, amazing recommendations, and easy going demeanor you couldn’t ask for more. Everything about the description is accurate and you can expect the view to be even better in person. They also provided a detailed cottage guide that clearly stated guest expectations and provided amazing recommendations for beaches/restaurants/groceries/etc.

The Airbnb and The host Ja were amazing! It was our last day in St Thomas and woke up to banging on the doors and gun shots at 1am-2am i had three children in the home and had to get them away from all the windows. Be aware of your surroundings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain-side condo in St. Thomas! Tucked away in a peaceful, lush setting, the unit offered a private deck with a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the island breeze. Having our own rental car made it incredibly easy to explore, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to Charlotte Amalie, and about 15 minutes to Red Hook, we were able to reach nearly every beach on the island in 20 minutes or less. It truly felt like the perfect home base for discovering all the beauty St. Thomas has to offer. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt both safe and secluded. We especially loved the shared pool—most afternoons we had it all to ourselves, which made for a relaxing and luxurious experience. We had a lovely stay at the Sea Cliff Villas in Bologna Bay. The place was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic ocean view from the deck. There was an inviting private pool just steps away from the unit which we didn't get to take advantage of, but we did enjoy a sunset while lounging in the deck chairs. Rob was very responsive when we had questions and even reached out to check on us after a brief earthquake during the night. If there was one improvement I'd make it would be new pillows as the current ones were a bit flat, but that's an easy fix. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The condo had everything we could need for our stay - great beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, a cooler, and all the beach toys (boogey boards, sand toys). You don't need to bring much to stay here. They have it all. I even forgot to bring a USB plug and managed to find 2 in the unit. The beds and pillow were comfortable and the a/c works great. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the morning and evening when we were there. As a diver, I appreciated that the dive boat was a 2 minute walk down the beach. We had dinner at Mim's Restaurant one night after watching the live lobsters get hand delivered that morning. Food was delicious and the view couldn't be beat. We didn't spend much time at the pool as we are beach fans, but it looked lovely and very clean. We found the unit to be centrally located. Everything was no more than 20 minutes away (Magan's Beach, Mountain Top, Charlotte Amalie, all the great beaches). But rent a car!

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

This location was exactly as described - fantastic views, all the necessities, coupled with a host willing to go above and beyond to make sure the stay was enjoyable. While we brought our own snorkel gear, there was snorkel gear available at the location, and we definitely made use of the beach chairs and umbrella that were conveniently provided. Breakfast on the balcony looking out to the ocean with no obstruction was a daily highlight. Mike's instructions and recommendations were top notch. From the restaurants, to the itineraries, to the information about what areas to avoid during high cruise ship traffic, we were able to easily navigate the island and its amenities with little to no preparation on our end. We took the car ferry to St. John and made sure to hit locations there that Mike had recommended as well. 100% guarantee that on a return to the island I would book with Mike again. Five stars all around.

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Sara’s. Having coffee on the balcony every morning with that stunning view was incredible. The place suited 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. The kids pretty much wanted to live at the pool. It was always clean and never busy. Iguana friends visiting was a bonus. We had everything we needed and there were so many extra touches that were greatly appreciated. The location is peaceful and just a short drive to all the popular spots. It was nice to grab dinner downstairs at Mim’s the day we arrived so we could wait to grocery shop. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks again!

This AirBnB was phenomenal. It is located right along the ocean just like in the photos. The view was very beautiful and social media-worthy. There are multiple split A/C units and ceiling fans which provide immediate relief on a long, hot island day. The washing machine came in handy as my wife and I did not need to pack as many clothes which afforded us more luggage space for souvenirs. Xaverie is very professional, friendly, and super responsive. This is definitely the best AirBnB experience I have had of all the countries that I have been to. 10 out of 10 recommend.
