Considering the extremely convenient location (Just near Tha Phae Gate) The price is very reasonable It's a treasure for tourists! The place is in a quiet alley There is a restaurant of all sizes next to it There is a vegetarian restaurant about 30 steps away There are also a variety of restaurants in the direction of the main street There is also a small vegetable market nearby Actually, what you thought of Everything is available in this neighborhood Interior design is simple, stylish and artistic Great sense of space, plenty of light, and a very comfortable large sofa Curtains in the lobby For me, there is no lack of privacy There are also cooking utensils and a microwave Let's keep things simple. Everything is well-equipped and very clean The bedroom is fully air-conditioned, the bed is large, and I slept well Meet the owner on the day of check-in She was very friendly and explained the amenities to us Face our needs and respond quickly and sincerely It made us feel at home She also recommends many tourist attractions Very thoughtful Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I'll stay at an Airbnb This is my first choice

I was finishing a 4 month trip in Asia and just wanted a place to rest and get ready for my return trip. Summer's place was just perfect for that. The apartment had everything required , was clean and quiet and I especially enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym. Summer is a communicative and friendly hostess and can highly recommend the apartment to anyone. I walked everywhere, too,but just as easily you can get a local uber To the airport it took a few minutes from the property.

The host is a host in the truest sense of the word and strives to meet any requests. Even if small problems arise, he always has a solution ready. Even when I forgot my stuff. This was my fourth trip to Chiang Mai and Guillaume’s place was probably the best place I stayed at. The location is great with views of the mountains. The furniture is sleek and well thought of. For me, what stood out the most was Guillaume’s kindness and responsiveness. He replied right away to all my queries and accommodated all my requests. Perfect host!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, with a nice balcony, a washing machine, one big room, and another smaller room — perfect for our needs. The condo is in a great location with KFC, 7-11, Watsons, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was huge and very well-maintained. We traveled just after the earthquake, and the host was very responsive and kept us updated the whole time, which made us feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

this booking was true and accurate to the descriptions and photos provided on airbnb. with 7/11 across the road and a main shopping centre less than 5 mins walk it was perfect for our stay. The hosts for this condo were exceptional, I had only one issue in the nine days and It was responded to and addressed within 5 mins. Thankyou and I will be sure to inquire about staying here again when visiting Chiang Mai

I stayed in The Treasure apartment from 14.02 to 19.02. 2025. Check-in was remote. I received clear instructions. There was always free space for my bike in the parking lot. The condominium is located near the lake and has a chic view of a picturesque corner of nature. The apartment was clean, everything as described and pictured. The washing machine on the balcony was very necessary. The pool on the second floor is very clean, large,with water at a comfortable temperature and almost always empty. Very comfortable bed. There are no insects in the apartment. The water in the shower was always hot and with good pressure. The kitchen has enough appliances and utensils to cook breakfast. All the necessary household chemicals, including washing powder are in the apartment. I was extremely satisfied and thank the host for the warm welcome and comfortable stay

Would definitely recommend, a really nice place. Una responded very quickly and even let me check in earlier.

This must be one of the best units in The One condo. It's on the 7th floor with a pool view. You face the mountain and the view is spectacular. The common areas are great. There's a proper gym, large swimming pools, pilates room, pool and ping pong tables and even a music room with drums and a piano. The room was clean and it has everything you need.

I stayed at Gaew's for 2 weeks, the room is clean. The area is quiet and have restaurants , cafes whitin 5 mins walk. Walking to Maya shopping mall is around 25 minutes. Personally i like this area more then the old town area. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

Fah was a great host very communicative and proactive letting us know everything before hand and always responsive. The condo itself was great, it’s a really good size. The desk was a nice touch as I was working. We also really like the fact that there was a bath in the condo as this isn’t usually common. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very, very convenient neighborhood! 2-3 min walk to Big C downstairs. There is also a night market from Wednesday to Saturday. Very safe. 24-hour security. We rented a car ourselves and there's parking space. Security staff is super nice. The whole neighborhood is really comfortable and convenient. Experience the life of a local. There's a small food stall behind the 711 at the intersection. I ate there for three days. I'll stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai! The hostess is super nice, she knew we rented a car and waited for us to give me the parking ticket, and gave me a private guide, recommended the coffee in the neighborhood and the nearby massages are super good! Had a great experience😄
