Helen’s condo was the perfect spot for our week getaway. It was just my husband and I and we had more than enough space for the two of us. The place was spotless and she has provided directions for everything you might need in the unit. Helen was very available with any questions we asked, and understanding of a small mishap on our end. She gave us great recommendations for things to do and provided the beach punch card which made accessing the (incredibly beautiful) shore very easy! The location in Incline village is a quick walk to the grocery right next door and a 2-5 min drive from any breakfast/lunch/dinner and beach. We chose to satellite out almost daily for hikes, kayaking, sightseeing. But did take time to also enjoy the community pool and hot tub. Be advised! On our way to the hot tub we got to see the neighborhood bears rolling around on the grass behind the dumpster right out front! Awesome to see, but keep your eyes peeled walking to the pool, haha! Highly recommend!

We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Everything was as expected. Very clean and well supplied. Close to all great restaurants and Incline Village activities. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone and will be back ourselves for sure.

The home is spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the clubhouse with ping pong and hot tub. We walked to the local brewery and were close to several nice shopping areas.

Michelle and David were very responsive and understanding. We very were able to very comfortably sleep 7 people. Great location to go ski Diamond Peak. Just one thing to note, the bunk bed room requires the guests staying there to go through the garage to get to the common area/other bedrooms.

We came back for the second time this winter. Although there were some hiccups - one toilet had no water, a window was broken and couldn't be closed, heater was slow to heat up (may be related to the window, Jill apologized and helped us work through the issues. We are not picky guests. We understand that old houses aren't perfect. We would be happy to come back once the window is fixed.

Our stay in Lake Tahoe was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and spotless. We had no trouble finding it thanks to the clear instructions from the hosts, who were fantastic with communication from start to finish. The home had everything we needed—full amenities, cozy atmosphere, and all the little details that made it feel special. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my mom’s birthday. She had an amazing time and couldn’t stop smiling! We felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment. No issues at all during our stay, just peace, comfort, and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe all around us. We’re so grateful to the hosts for providing such a lovely and stress-free experience. We will definitely be coming back again next year without a doubt. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you again for making our trip so wonderful! The property was actually better than pictured in the description! Extremely clean with great views. Beds were very comfortable as well. Everything in Incline Village is less than a 10min drive and Diamond Peak parking lots are easily less than 5 min, definitely walkable in summer. We did have an issue with the front lock and recieved immediate help from the staff. Extremely responsive. When we return to Incline we're definitely hoping to stay here again!

We chose to stay at Gavin's place for our first time visit to Lake Tahoe and it turned out to be beyond our imagination. We drove around the lake and all of us agreed that I picked the best place for us. I love the location - not only it has good lakeview from the balcony but also every window has a green tree view - definitely dream house. My mother appreciates the taste of the indoor decoration - a mix of modern and elegant, and a sense of local inspiration. We love to do a morning jogging on the midlevel just like in Hong Kong and read a book in the big living room or on the balcony under the pleasant sunshine. All of us wouldn't be possible without Gavin's efforts and care taken. Though we did not meet in person, from our communication and the details of his place we could tell he is a reliable and friendly host with a love for life.

This place was beautiful! Beautifully decorated and so peaceful and calming. Everything was there that we needed and if we couldn’t find something Tabitha was quick to respond. Loved having 2 full baths with all the family there. The stairs were a little harder for our older family but otherwise this was such an amazing home that was so clean and comfortable that it felt like home! We highly recommend staying here! Not far from things you need and nice little areas to walk close by. Exceeded our expectations!! Thank you Tabitha for being so kind and helpful!!!

We had a great time. This airbnb is literally so cute and very detailed. We loved that they had a pack and play and a baby gate. Also, the ga s really helped out! We also really liked the location and we are hoping to book again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Incline Village! The space was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent - close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Whether you're visiting in the summer or winter, there's plenty to do nearby depending on your interests, from hiking and boating to skiing and snowboarding. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Lake Tahoe!

This place was fantastic! We have stayed at other abnbs around Tahoe and this one stands out! No skeezy vacation rental company here. Just a nice, helpful couple who clearly take pride in their property and their guests comfort. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Very comfortable and warm yet clean. Also within walking distance of many local eateries. We’ll be back for sure!

We loved Chris’s place. If felt like home and the energy was peaceful. The home was clean, organized and pet friendly. Chris is amazing host and very proactive and responsive.

The house feels just as nice as it looks. I've stayed at various Airbnb's in Tahoe over the years and I can say that this house is the nicest and most comfortable. The area is very quiet and convenient with quick access to grocery stores, Lake Tahoe, and ski resorts. Brittany was very communicative and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. I would highly recommend this stay.

Upstairs was a little uncomfortable, down stairs bedroom mattress was great! The garage door wouldn’t close on its own, so we would have to jump over the sensor to close the garage door!

So beautiful, clean and very spacious. The garage was peace of mind and no fights over the bathroom because they were plenty for our big family. I have traveled a lot and this house has been so far the best

Lovely stay at Shay’s place!!! Big open (reverse) floor plan. Everything felt like I was at a friend’s house. The kitchen had everything you’d need. Nice small touches throughout and everything I might need was there including: laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, extra soap/ sponges, extra TP/PT, etc. I didn’t feel the need to constantly run to the store. Shannon was absolutely lovely. Called right away with helpful instructions and gave great recommendations. We had a great time at the pool and beaches. Hiked in Incline Village to awesome Hidden Beach. Everything was close by. Quick drive to King’s beach for live music for the adults and playground for the kids. Honestly so very thankful for a wonderful getaway.

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-10 and 12 y.o.) and skied at Diamond Peak. This is our second stay at Carl's place and we like it a lot. The condo is well furnished, has a nice backyard and is a 2 minute drive to DP. We look forward to staying again.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. Water bedside upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes. A few basic spices, salt, pepper, etc. The cocktail bar had a variety of glassware, shakers, etc. Nice laundry. All around very comfortable. Diamond peak lodge is 2 minutes away. Great location. Andrea is a great host. She responded to all my questions and concerns within a few minutes. I would highly recommend.
