We were in town for a family wedding and chose this rental because it was close to my sister’s house. In addition to being close to family, it was easy to get downtown and to get an Uber to take you places. The house was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hosts always responded quickly to our messages.

We had such a great stay at this Evolve property! The home was clean, welcoming, and just like the photos. Check-in was smooth with easy-to-follow instructions, and everything felt well taken care of. One of the best parts was the kitchen, which made it so easy to cook meals and enjoy time together. The neighborhood was peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice neighborhood. This house was clean and was as expected. Fit our small group well. The clean hot tub was a hit - warmer than 101 would have been awesome. Departure tasks were easy so that’s a plus. Only two minor issues - looks like the bbq grill was not cleaned prior to our stay. We cleaned off the prior group(s) mess and it all worked out just fine. The house next door looks like it’s unoccupied - tall dead grass in front yard, blinds closed, no people or cars noticeable.

The apartment was perfect. We travelled for a sports competition and we liked that it wasn’t too far from the convention center. The apartment was so cozy my teens wanted to stay an extra day.

New Luxurious 1BR Apt | Heated Pool, Spa & Sauna

This is a spacious apartment located in a high-end complex in South Reno. There's a pool, hot tub, and gym for working out. There was a small pickleball/basketball court, too, although there was no pickleball net. Lots of newish restaurants and coffee shops just down the road on Foothill Road to the north and the Galena area to the south. Close to Mount Rose Ski Area. The covered outdoor seating on the deck gave us nice morning sun.

The living area features a spacious sectional sofa and two accent chairs, arranged around a circular coffee table. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, while a modern lamp provides additional illumination. A decorative plant adds a touch of greenery to the space.
