Three cottages, each with lake view and shared dock, on pristine, quiet Sand Pond are perfect for a family gathering. Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

This is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life (no electricity, no cell service, no heat, and no running water). Just a short drive away from beautiful lakes to kayak and swim and The A-Frame is just a mile off the Monadnock Sunapee Greenway Trail.

Our cabin is situated in a private, peaceful setting surrounded by trees. Inside you will find a timeless lake house decor and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. A 1/4 mile walk or drive brings you to our private community lake access and boat ramp on beautiful Highland Lake. We offer use of our 3 kayaks (2 single/1 tandem) located next to the boat ramp. Nearby are great hiking trails and quaint villages. This is a wonderful place to unwind and have a truly fun & relaxing vacation!
