This is almost a tiny house you could see on HGTV but with foundation and 520 sqft of living space ! Fully renovated in 2018 and located in a nice and very safe neighborhood. Within walking distance to historic Pawtuxet Village, its scenic harbor, cafés, restaurants and specialty shops. Conveniently close to Roger Williams Park and zoo. 10 mn drive to downtown Providence. Only 4 miles to the TF Green airport. Great for travelers.
