Very comfortable home with lots of upgrades. This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Check in after 3PM Check out 11AM This home is pet friendly for a fee of $100 per pet. You must provide a pet picture and updated shot records and take full responsibility for any and all pet related issues. Pet maximum weight 30 lbs. You must acknowledge/accept pet policy.

Luxury Scenic Coastal Retreat | Walk to Beach&Park

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront place. Pet-friendly: Up to two pets are welcome. 3 cars can be parked in the front driveway. We have 3 bedrooms and 4 beds: One queen, one king, two separate full beds (not bunker bed). In addition, we have a pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the office (1st floor) if needed. Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion are provided The house also has a tandem bike, Kayaks, a paddle board and an outdoor shower.

Outdoor sitting at Small table in the front garden & Adirondack chairs in the backyard. 1/2 block to the beach, kayak, fishing, boat launch, cafe & 2 restaurants. Home has been renovated w love and caring. No parties. Please be considerate of cleaning person.
