The only inconvenience might be the third floor walk up (sorry, no elevator). Otherwise it's a charming place in the best location in the center Warsaw. I offer a spacious and comfortable apartment (created for personal use) with a dedicated parking slot and 24h/d security service in a modern district of Warsaw called Odolany. It's only 5 minutes to the city centre by car, or 20 to 30 mins by bus or tram. There are many shops and restaurants, three beautiful parks and some nice playgrounds in the nearest area. A very nice place for both short and long stays!
