Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

Truly unique apartment designed by architect with loads of tasty touches which will let you enjoy this wonderful place. Located at the heart of Old Town, in the famous „Proffesor’s House” with the view overlooking the Vistula River the place is very cozy and quiet.The building is an old granary with 2 entrances - higher Brzozowa Str (then the apt is on 1st floor) and lower Bugaj Str (4th floor so you’ll enjoy some excercise)! Self check in/out allows flexibility. Invoice (FV) available.

The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and, 2 bedrooms (one is a connecting room), bathroom and cozy balcony. The district is very well connected to other parts of Warsaw - an ideal base for exploring.

It is located just few steps from main Market Sq. and close to the Royal Route. Apartment is placed on the top of the building and offers stunning views to the roofs of the Old Town and privacy. It is fourth floor and no lift. There is fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, towels and cosmetics.
