Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Warren

Barbara's house was truly one of a kind—if we could give it six stars, we would! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the heated floors and cozy beds to the warm wood-burning stove. The huge windows perfectly framed the mountains, giving us breathtaking views from every room. The artwork added a unique touch, and the location near skiing made our stay even more special. An unforgettable experience! We were so sad to leave.

Bjorn’s home is pristine and could not be nestled in a more beautiful place. He was very responsive and the house is well supplied with everything you could need. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!!

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

William’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed, and was such a peaceful place to spend the holiday. The surroundings were stunning, and the home was extremely cozy! Would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wright’s Mountain Retreat. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (and the sauna was a fun perk!). The surrounding area was beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect place to relax and unwind!

This was our second year at the Treehouse. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. The outdoor space is amazing, large yard with a fire pit and the river in the back. Truly appreciate that our dogs are welcome, they love it there as much as we do! The host is great and very responsive. Looking forward to going back again!

Absolutely stunning ! Julies home was just as pictured in the photos but even better in person ! Where to begin, with so many great things to say I'd start by Julie being an amazing host. Communication was very fast and helpful , Julie was available at all times , provided local recommendations for things to do , places to eat. etc. As soon as you arrive to the house you are welcomed to a beautifu a living room with views of the outdoors, every corner of the home was squeaky clean and clear instructions/house rules. The outdoors was my family's favorite part of the house , spending most of the day outdoors with well kept lawn , clean hot tub and best part ... the pool. Beyond satisfied with our stay , I'd recommend this 100xs and plan on returning in the near future !

Very tranquil place, very clean shower, comfortable bed, great amenities, lots of magazines and easy to use television. Very short distance from Montpelier. Nice bird variety, lovely flowers, you can hear the river from the apartment. Bridge is cool, river bank is fun, chairs outside.

Great place to stay for skiing Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, convenient to restaurants and shops. Very quiet setting, just be prepared for a little bit of non-paved road to climb to access it. The apartment felt more spacious and open than I expected, and accommodated 3 adults quite comfortably. Wax bench was a nice bonus for us skiers!

Perfect place for peace, relaxation, nature, and authentic Vermont experience. Sandra and Jason are super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely return for another visit.

We had a great holiday weekend in Charlotte at Robert's apartment. It was close to the mountains we wanted to climb and a nature preserve where we skied. Close to Burlington and Middlebury where we found dinner each night. The apartment is cozy and comfortable; really a delightful place. We also met Robert who was funny and the perfect host. We stayed during a massive winter storm that dumped so much snow on the area and Robert was always very interested in making sure we could get out of the driveway! There were also thoughtful snacks and what not for us when we arrived which is such a nice bonus. We will definitely check to see if the apartment is available the next time we come to VT. Thank you so much, Robert! We hope to stay with you again soon.

Wonderful peaceful spot! Flowing River in the back of the house and beautiful lake and mountains in the front across the street. Kayaks & paddleboat available but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use them this time but I will be back! Thanks Doc!

My husband and I (both MIddlebury College alums) and three of our children stayed at Rich’s place for our son’s graduation from Middlebury. The proximity to town and the college was great - very easy drive. Everything was great - so clean, beds were very comfortable, games that our kids could play, nice and well equipped kitchen. Rich was an amazing host- very communicative and accommodating and checked in with us at several points to make sure we were good. We spend a lot of time in Middlebury and we all agreed we would (and definitely) will come back here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the main drag in Stowe, which made it super convenient to grab coffee in the mornings or enjoy dinner at one of the many great restaurants nearby. We initially booked because of its proximity to other areas we love to explore, and it didn’t disappoint. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. One of the biggest highlights was the view—absolutely breathtaking and a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. And we can’t forget the hot tub! After long hikes in the mountains, soaking in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Stowe. We’ll definitely be back!

We just completed our second stay at Ted and Linda’s beautiful and serene cabin! It was as immaculate as the first time we stayed last year. Everything is as described and pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly and responsive hosts. My husband and I are grateful to have found this peaceful cozy cabin in the mountains of Vermont! 10/10

We enjoyed staying in Heidi's Hancock Hideaway! We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet & comfortable place. We enjoyed taking walks, sitting on the porch during the day & star gazing at night. Kitchen had everything we needed to make & enjoy our meals. Heidi made sure we had clear directions with perfect details to arrive at the Hideaway. We even had fun staying in and doing puzzles during the rainy days. Our dog enjoyed laying in the sunshine outside & in front of the windows. Local recommendations were great.

Our stay at George’s cabin was peaceful and serene! The cabin was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The view was unbeatable and photos simply do not do it justice. We loved waking up to have coffee on the deck and taking in the view. The location was also ideal as it was secluded but within a short 15-20 minute drive to nearby towns to explore, eat, and shop. George was a great host who answered questions I had prior to booking and all communication and interactions throughout our stay were positive and informative. I highly recommend staying at George’s if you’re looking for a gem in Vermont!

The house is private and fit the three of us well. Lots of outdoor space, fire pit! Weather was rainy for most of our visit but enjoyed visiting Waterbury and waitsfield and had great meals!!

Sarah was an incredible host! So friendly and made us feel right at home. The space was so cozy inside and outside was beautiful, very peaceful and serene.

This was our second time here. Our first time we came, it was just my wife and I. This time we decided to bring the kids. The kids loved the loft bedroom setup. They enjoyed making a snowman and sledding right arouns the corner. This trip we stayed in the Moose cabin. There are 3 identical cabins with a different theme. Mary provides everything you need. The only thing we brought was firewood and food. The cabin is clean, peaceful, and has beautiful scenery. It's a "real" log cabin with a real Fire burning stove. When we needed to communicate with Mary she responded right by away which was very helpful. We love it here and would like to make this our annual spot. We will be back.
