Vacation rentals with a patio in Warren County

My husband and I had a great weekend in Dayton amd surrounding areas. Our Airbnb was perfect! Cozy, spotless, and airy! We will definitely be back! Heather was a great host! We felt right at home! The bed was super comfy too!

The beautiful surrounding neighborhood on its own is a reason to book this lovely place! We loved walking around, popping in a vintage shop, and ordering in food from a local eatery. Great accommodations!

Very nice apartment on the River. Many walkable restaurants. Able to walk to Stadiums in Cincy. Apartment was nice and clean. Comfortable King Bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Follow instructions parking vehicle.

The NorthWest Hideaway was a great place to stay. It was perfect for our getaway retreat. We enjoyed the Xenia area and made good use of the bike trails in the area. It was also a good launching point for a day into Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, and the whole town (what we saw of it) was clean and well cared for. Tamra's place was spotless and clean. It felt very much like home.

It was a nice place for my family and some of my husbands family to stay at while in town for a wedding. Easy to find and get into! Had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! Would book again!

I really enjoyed my stay! Charles was very helpful and always returned my messages! The place is small, but it is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay stress less! The area is so nice!!! I really enjoyed Eden Park. If was literally walking distance! There are restaurants within walking distance as well! Just follow the instructions and don’t go down the driveway and you’ll have a sweet time!

This place was perfect for my one night stay and was only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati.

What a great stay! The hot tub was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at rental properties ... it was large and in great shape. It was also hot when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. The place is also very close to Kings Island (less than ten minutes). We also really liked that there were two separate areas for a fire (fire pit and a chimney stove). We did not use the extra gaming space shed, but it looked like it would be great for kids.

Jessica’s place is the perfect stay for families staying in the Cincinnati area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The place had everything we needed for a long weekend. The area is very walkable with great restaurants and bike paths/walking paths near by. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again with my family! Would 100% recommend this house and will probably stay here again when visiting family! The hosts were great about reaching out before we arrived and even hand delivered a note to the house thanking us for staying and congratulating my brother and sister in law on their baby! House was perfect for what we needed, looked just like the photos and met and exceeded all of our expectations! Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our three night stay! The home was very clean. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and our dog loved running around in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. We would recommend to others!

We rented this home for my daughter’s graduation from Miami university. It was perfect for our large family. The home itself is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. My husband enjoyed fishing in the pond and we used the hot tub, my kids even had a fire one night. Viviana was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend her place. We found this house last minute. The Airbnb we had booked had a burst pipe, so we needed to find another place quickly. While not as close to the event we were attending, this place was perfect for my family, including grandma and grandpa. Clean, quiet, and close to lots of restaurants and stores.

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

Sid’s place was amazing! Was in a super neat place of Cincinnati. Sid’s place had a great deck overlooking woods which was super nice and peaceful to be in. All around was a super awesome place to be.

The apartment is spacious, inviting, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and sunny views. The location is private and secure, yet conveniently located to popular restaurants, shops, public transit, and entertainment! We parked our car at the Mercer Commons garage without issue. It was refreshing to enjoy a walkable city.

Sid was very responsive to all messages and we were able to get right in. Secure parking was easy and walkable to OTR and downtown spots. Wouldn't hesitate to book in a second next time we are in town.

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and modern. It had pretty much everything we needed: Towels, hair dryer, soap, a well-stocked kitchen, even tea and coffee. The only thing we might have added would be an ice tray. The place was very clean and a nice place to wind down between activities. We were a 15-20 minute drive from city activities, but the neighborhood itself is not walkable. We didn't try the public transportation because bus rides to the places we wanted to visit were about an hour ride. Expect to have to drive. The good news is the parking is very convenient with its own lot! There are some restaurants nearby, and Factory 52 was a really cool place to go on the evenings we had nothing planned. (Thank you to the hosts for great restaurant and activity recommendations and that walking tour book!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and the host was accommodating and responsive.

We loved this airbnb!! I'd go back in a heartbeat. Great location, easy to find. Walkable, or a very cheap uber to many restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is really nice. Spotless, decorated very cute, comfy bed, spacious, great view. I never heard the neighbors. Nav is very responsive and easy to communicate with! I'd recommend this spot to anyone. *If you want a dinner recommendation...Mita was incredible.
