The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

The owner speaking English, Polish and Russian will advise and help with any issue You may have, advising how to spend your time the best possible way. The unique Viking village, a golf club, sea side, lakes, hunting areas, cycling tracks, islet fishing in a range of a couple of minutes. Well behaved dogs are very welcome. Friendly female German Shepherd on the premises and we welcome all dog owners.

200 sqm cottage, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm plot. 1.3 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach. Bedroom house: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. House: large living area, clay oven, sauna, dining table, kitchen island as well as terrace and garden. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it on Usedom from before: high beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.

This place is perfect for families or a group of friends with their pets, no parties. The house is located in a quiet quiet area on the island of Wolin close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, bike and hiking trails, and a golf course.
