Spacious and convenient place for a week on the lakes, though a tad at times 'annoying'. It's an apartment in the 'A' frame roof so tall people, like myself, may receive several bumps to the head when navigating the kitchen or (if) using the dining table, or the bed/s when moving about during the night. The beds (for me) are dreadful. They squeak and creak and offer little to no support. I tried three of them over two nights, and in the end had to sleep on the much nicer sofa. Thankfully the weather was great for the week so we were able to eat outside on balcony, thus avoiding the cramped drining table. I'd stay with Bozena again now knowing the nuances of the house, especially the incredibly small hot water boiler that only allows two 3 mins showers before the hot water runs out. Massive lawn, trampoline, sandpit, and swing for kiddies, a fire pit (didn't use) and BBQ in a quiet area, barely 15mins walk to the beach & supermarket.

A very nice lake house, on super terrain, we were with the kids for a few days, and we had a great stay with Aleksandra. We had kayaks, sandboxes (which was a big hit), and bikes. Aleksandra is very hospitable and reactive, I recommend !

A very attractive place for people looking for peace and privacy. On one side of the lake, across the street forest and great walks. Garden, hammock, outdoor dining area, fire pit, private path to jetty..... beautiful. We were lucky to have had beautiful weather. The cottage is clean, very comfortable mattresses for sleeping. And.....those super armchairs and a couch for evening TV sessions. Truly a place to recommend. Jakub was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. Thank you.

We stayed in Barbara's house for a week with a family of 11 and loved it. There was plenty of space to eat, play, read or sleep in the house, the covered terrace and the large garden. We didn't miss anything. There is a public playground in front of the house, a small shop is a 3-minute walk away, and the nearest lake is about 20 minutes away. Barbara is a friendly and attentive host.

Wonderful place. I'm enchanted by the location and the cottage itself. Despite the weather, you could spend this time without being bored. Sauna and hot tub at no extra charge. Our team was made up of 11 people, including 3 children (14, 7, and 1 year). The stay lasted 2 weeks and couldn't have been better. Great place - a big area with a private forest and a meadow. The listing photos don't reflect how beautiful and peaceful it is. We could make the most of attractions like a forest, a pool, a bonfire, a playground, a hot tub, and who wants a sauna. Rooms with bathrooms that are clean and cozy enough to accommodate a travel crib without stumbling. What was a big surprise was the closet in some of the rooms (there was no information on this), which made it even easier to coordinate. Large and weather-friendly common areas: On hot days, you could sit under a rooftop with a barbecue grill and a table with benches, and on warmer evenings, you could hide in a lounge with a comfy seating set. A well-equipped kitchen and completely sufficient if you don't plan to cook much. Laundry facilities are available in a separate bathroom, in the common area - for families with children, mandatory equipment. The host is very nice and helpful. He responded to our every inquiry almost immediately, finding a solution. Because of the children, we asked not to let dogs out during the day-no problem. She also told us about things to do in the area, like the current Ostroda Days, so we could go to a concert. We felt like he wanted us to spend time comfortably. The whole team confirms that it was a great time in an extraordinary place. Peace and quiet guaranteed!

great place for holidays or a few days stay is great as a starting point for experiences from the Tri-City through Malbork and the rest of the Teutonic castles, Elbląg, Frombork, Olsztyn, Olsztyn with an open-air museum and further south or east modern, thoughtful furnishings upstairs and downstairs can be used as separate spaces using the same exit (separate bathrooms and kitchens) underfloor heating in most areas of the house - cool many activities for children (and adults) outside, along with a room with lots of games and games to choose from, plus a griddle and grill highly recommended 😀

Beautiful large cottage, in a picturesque setting. The rooms looked exactly like the photos. Very cozy. Peace, quiet, forest and wonderful view of the lake. Close to the cottage is a beach with a jetty. The perfect place for bike tours. To get to the cottage, you have to cross an uneven road in the woods - it's a good idea to consider. I highly recommend this place :)
