Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

The Hardaway Cottage - An Art Deco Gathering Place

The historic Hardaway Cottage is a very special place. It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.

In the country but close to everything. 2 min from I-185; 4 min from I-85. 1 hr. from Atlanta airport or Auburn. 45 min from Columbus. Unit is private comfortable rustic Studio Apartment with bath, for 1 or 2 ppl - (1 queen bed). Pool out front door! We live in separate log house next door - where 1 bedroom (queen) @ $35 is usually available for ADDITIONAL guests in YOUR party. Brkfst sometimes available for a fee by request.
