House vacation rentals in Warkworth

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

It was a great stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite a couple of widespread power outages, the hosts still made sure our stay was as undisturbed as possible. And made sure we had power and a warm stay through bad weather. And they even offered for us to move or cancel before hand knowing the weather and the risks that we due.

Had a beautiful stay at this house, sam was so kind to let us check in much earlier after our flight and was so quick to respond! house was in great condition and super clean with plenty to do in the home. Thank you for letting us stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

We had an amazing stay!! Property is so lovely and view is incredible (both better in person!). Noeline was a great host, helpful communication throught. Would absolutely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Susan's place. The weather was not the best, but clearly the views over Algies Bay are great. We noted that the photos on the website were taken with a wide-angle lens, which unnecessarily exaggerates the spaciousness in the rooms. Susan kept good contact with us without being intrusive, which is always appreciated. The property is exceptionally well-equipped, and the front deck is clearly an asset. The cost was pretty steep in comparison to similar properties, but it was Easter weekend. In summary, we highly recommend Susan's property to future guests.

Sam's place was lovely and tranquil. Great outside space for the kids to go 'free range'. The house is warm, homely and easy on the eyes. There were also things the kids could play with inside which cooled their engines when there was a patch of inside weather. Would recommend if you want to be a little out of town with a rural aspect. Suited us completely.

Really pleased with our stay here. The home is wonderfully tidy and furnished nicely. The surroundings were peaceful and felt quite private. I appreciated all the nice hosting touches on top of the amenities provided (excellent quality towels, tissues and toilet paper etc), these are small things but it all makes a big difference to the stay. It was great being able to enjoy a nice sunset from the spa outside. Communication from Vicki was friendly, easy and effective.

My daughters and baby grandson had the most wonderful Mother’s Day escape at Shona place. Everything is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort so we felt instantly at home. Shona has thought of everything her guests could possibly need. On top of the stunning home there is the incredible view - the sun rises were beautiful. We made good use of the spa pool and loved being so close to Tāwharanui Regional Park (which is my fav place on the planet). We all loved our stay and are keen to return.

Tranquility! A wonderful, peaceful place, still close to everything you need. Omaha Beach is a great location to visit, very laid back and easy going. I went there with my son and we found lots of things to do in the proximity (Sheepworld, Ninja Action, Reptile Park, Snorkling at Goat Island, etc). We loved it! And Grace's place was just amazing!

My family had a very comfortable stay at this spacious clean home. A couple of toys were left out for my kids to play which were much appreciated. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed freshly ground coffee every morning using the coffee machine that came with the place. Thanks for the lovely stay, Anna!

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

Definitely best place to stay for few nights at Auckland. The whole townhouse is an exactly clean and tidy space.

Simply fabulous venue for a reunion with 10 special friends. Peaceful with all amenities, steeped in Glorit family history. Ample walking opportunities and close to the spectacular Gibbs Farm Sculptures. Lots of love and laughter was had amongst the perfect setting with perfect weather.

The house was beautiful and lovely location. Maris was great at communicating with clear instructions for check in, things to do in the area, how everything worked in the house and made us feel right at home. The house was tidy, clean and warming. The sauna is an awesome addition! Can’t wait to go back!

Had a lovely stay at James and Kieran’s. The place was great and only a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for having us!

+ It is spacious, clean, decent qual furnishings, air con, bush outlook. The place peaceful w double-glazed windows- grateful for that as I opened the doors in the v. late evening & heard yelling but when I closed door, I heard nothing. Thank you for the coffees & chocs. Park in front up close. Lifestyle block area, not like in the burbs. I liked that the pods are attached, you don't have to go outside to go to the bed. - The house above has their lounge looking down on us, not private when going to car. Back door leads to outside but doesn't lock & no blinds! Scary at night when moving to go to lounge or bedroom you had to go through that area. I had to chase the hosts down for replies. They'd see my friendly messages (only 1 last night & 1 today) but not reply for ages, if at all. The kitchen window has no screen. There is no free-to-air channels/other programs that are watchable w'out a cable account. I suggest a shade sail for cars. Overall though it was good for us. Cheers!

Another great stay thank you Louise. The perfect location for our Riverhead Wedding Celebration. Light, fresh, clean and uncluttered. It was the perfect space for our bridal party. We highly recommend this accommodation and host.

This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated, with any amenity you could want or need. We enjoyed our time here very much. However, the airbnb posting is not completely accurate. The tenant lives in the same building, underneath the living room and his music and movements are often heard. This was not a deal breaker for us but should be made clear.
