The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.
