In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a beautiful landscape, our second vacation home is located on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberg lake landscape in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Sietow is a small village located exactly in the city triangle of Röbel/Müritz, Waren(Müritz) and Malchow. Here you will find everything you need to feel good... wonderful beaches, an extensive network of bike paths, a spa center with a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool nearby, a lot of opportunities for water sports and of course a lot of nature. Various zoos and museums within easy reach complete the offer.

The 100 sqm house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. It is about 150 m to the beach with sunbathing lawn. Opposite the property is a petting zoo. Bicycles, boats or canoes can be rented very close by. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.
