Lake house vacation rentals in Waren

It is a beautiful spacious house. We were there with 9 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful enclosed garden with Jacuzzi and sauna. The beach with the fishing pond and the playground within walking distance made it complete. It is close to Schwerin and Wismar.

We had 3 wonderful days here. The house and especially the garden is a dream. It has everything you need, it is super quiet and you can relax. We would definitely come back here.

Beautiful cottage with direct views of Lake Sternberg. Great amenities, linens, towels, dish towels, everything was provided. Not only electricity, water and heating , also firewood was included. Nice big table, comfy sofa and big TV. The only small criticism was the mattresses that were too hard for us, but that's a matter of taste, of course. The price for the final cleaning with dog was extremely moderate. We can absolutely recommend the house.

The boathouse is the perfect place to unwind and unwind. It's very quiet, cozy, and the nature around it can be enjoyed. From the large window in the living area you can wonderfully watch the river and its inhabitants (ducks, herons, kingfisher, otter, fish). By boat you can take a nice trip to the lake. This can be done by rowing or with outboard motor, where you probably need a certain hand or suggestion that we did not have had... But in any case there is a well described instructions. Our two toddlers and we felt very comfortable and we will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Torsten's house. The view of the lake from the terrace is great. You just walk around two corners and you're quickly at the swimming area, which is below the accommodation. The old house is extensively renovated and partly furnished with antique furniture. The large shower is great, but the bathroom is located in such a way that you have to go through one bedroom. Particularly great was the baker diagonally opposite, who has a fantastic and inexpensive selection. Torsten was always easily accessible and responded kindly to a mishap of mine. We would love to come again.

Highly recommended! The house has been very lovingly and thoughtfully modernized and furnished. Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Great location overlooking the water, a few steps to downtown with all kinds of shops. The kitchen is super equipped, so you can do more than just frozen pizza 😉 and the courtyard also invites you to linger. Wifi worked flawlessly. We can't say anything negative! By far the best vacation home we've ever had! Marlen is a great host! Friendly and always available! In short, we fell in love with the Boddenbrise - and will definitely come back!!!

Our week in Nordwestuckmark brightened up our January! Probably one of the best Airbnb stays and we have stayed in many. My husband and I, along with 2 friends, and 2 dogs, stayed for a remote working week here and we had a relaxing week full of walks and ghost stories. Definite highlight is the large window facing the fields with beautiful sunrises and views throughout the day. Lots of wildlife to be seen. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than the basic appliances and spices. The space is well-heated (underfloor heating made all the difference in winter!) and the Kaminofen provided extra cozy evenings. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The garden is great for dogs but beware that wildlife is around so your dogs should be leashed or have great recall/Rückruf. Like the other reviewer said, it’s true that you can hear your friends in the flat, but the four of us took our work calls just fine in our spaces without disturbance. We really recommend Margita’s place.

We were with a group of eight friends over an extended weekend in Nicole and Jan's beautiful, spacious house. We had a very nice, relaxed time. Nicole greeted us very nicely and explained everything and gave us some great tips for restaurants in the area. We used the boat that is available to guests and were at the campsite with a swimming lake nearby, which was also very nice. There are three terraces in the house where you can sit and eat together. You can also retreat well in the house. Cooking and baking was no problem in the excellently equipped kitchen. Arriving by car is recommended if you want to shop in the area and have luggage. From Berlin there is a good connection to Malchow (pretty town), a few of us cycled from there. We say thank you very much and will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week in Ulrike's house in Großzerlang. As a couple with a dog, we could fully enjoy the peace and nature. The location is fantastic, you can take great walks in the forest and the jetty with the rowboat is a real highlight. The house is very cozy and well equipped. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, there is a Weber grill and a fireplace ensures a pleasant atmosphere. We didn't lack anything. Ulrike was a very friendly and attentive hostess. Thank you for the wonderful time and we would be happy to come back.

We stayed in the 'Seelavie' accommodation for a week and found exactly what we were looking for: a break from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Everything you needed was there: well-equipped kitchen comfortable living room furniture quiet bedrooms a great sauna in a spacious bathroom + separate toilet Our highlight was the terrace with a huge garden and the lake in front of you. In these, we were able to quickly jump in through the private lake access after the sauna. We will take the peace with us to Berlin and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay in the little house. The surroundings have a lot to offer, whether on land or on the water. Everything worked out great with Annett. Recommended!

The accommodation is superb. The house is great and invites you to relax with the terrace. The interior is also great, modern and cozy. Everything you need is there. The location is quiet and you can quickly get to the lake to swim or walk or simply experience the perfect sunset. You can get everywhere by car, but the bus connection is also good. Both Neubrandenburg and Neustrelitz are easily accessible by bus. In addition, Oliver is a top host. Super nice and sociable. You always get a helpful answer quickly and the guide for the house was very useful. Overall, the accommodation and Oliver as a host are highly recommended!

Fred and his wife (and Carlos) are very kind and helpful,the house was very very clean and we lacked nothing! Tips in the area/restaurants are included ... If you are looking for a few days of absolute peace and quiet, just the thing! We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in Malchow! The communication with Robin was really good, fast and very pleasant! Thank you very much for this! The weather was always good, but really fresh and we traveled a lot by e-bike and the super pleasant thing was that the heating was still running and that was good!, it did us a lot of good! Many thanks for that, too! All in all, it was a super nice time there, we enjoyed it! Malchow is worth a trip, sometimes curious when we will come back!

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home with four grandparents and our two children. The layout of the house is ideal for a larger family: everyone had enough space, and the rooms are not brightly lit, so you could also retreat. The location is perfect – quiet, but still within walking distance of the water, which was especially great for our children. The size of the house was just right, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

The apartment met our expectations in comfort and coziness very well. The interior design is well maintained and invites you to stay. The Mathea beach house is located in the first row on the beautiful Fleesensee (great sunsets). Especially the large bathroom and the comfortable beds are great. It has reading material (adult literature, children's books and various board games) as well as many brochures with excursion opportunities. Thanks for the chocolate eggs as a welcome gift. We made various excursions to Waren, to Lake Krakow (observation tower for sea eagles, fish eagles, etc.) and to the island of Rügen. We had a great meal at the Don Camillo restaurant in Malchow. The Mecklenburg Lake District is really worth seeing (flora and fauna).

Our stay in this charming Mediterranean summer house on the Mecklenburg Lake District was simply magical! The house is perfectly located, surrounded by idyllic nature and the glittering lakes that invite you to relax and explore. The loving decor with Mediterranean flair creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately creates a vacation mood. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace, which is ideal for cozy evenings with a glass of wine. The proximity to the water allows for spontaneous swimming trips or relaxing walks. Stefan & Christian were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. An absolute insider tip for those seeking tranquility and relaxation in a fantastic environment. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is great, can only recommend it. The house is rural and more than enough to satisfy the claim. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed, in the apartment and also in the village, it is very quiet and pleasant. In the kitchen you can find everything you need, in addition, the barbecue can be used. A super idyllic, modern and cozy place – we felt very comfortable! Perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city for a few days and relax in a quiet atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the time in the beautiful garden, which is also ideal for children with a sandbox, climbing wall and slide. We might be back :)

We had a lovely weekend with friends here. The swimming spot can be easily reached in 15 minutes on foot, at the other end of the lake (20 minutes by car) you can easily rent canoes and pedal boats. What you should know beforehand is that many buildings of the village were built as a planned settlement of the Nazis (e.g. the history is explained at an information board at the church). If that's bothering you, you may want to stay somewhere else. We didn't know, but we had a great time here. Iris was always quick to respond to inquiries.

We were in the beautiful house with four adults. The place is exactly as described and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The location of the house with direct lake view is hard to beat and during our stay it was very quiet. At the Wallbox by the house, we were able to charge our car at fair prices. The contact with Sabine and her family was very friendly. In case of problems, we were always helped very quickly. We would come back back 😊

We had a great week in the beautiful cottage by the lake. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and received a pack of eggs as a welcome. There were even fresh flowers in the house.
