Enjoy the lake view from the balcony on the 2nd floor, as well as from the spacious terrace. The lake shore and the forest area are around the corner.

In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.
