The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. At the gates of Oldenburg and Bremen, we offer our own granny flat from 2012 with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed is nice and cozy with enough space for 2 people. It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
