Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Familienhauses. Außenbereich mit Terrasse und großer Rasenfläche kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit können die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Oldenburg bequem erreicht werden.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

There are many shopping opportunities in Wardenburg, 2 km away. The bus station is in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, there is parking in front of the house. All public and private areas are non-smoking zones.
