Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, einen eigenen Garten und einen schönen Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.

Zapraszam do komfortowego dwupokojowego apartamentu położonego w bardzo atrakcyjnej lokalizacji - 150m od morza w kompleksie Aquamarina w Międzyzdrojach. Mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze i składa się z sypialni, łazienki oraz pokoju dziennego z aneksem kuchennym. Do mieszkania przynależy taras z meblami ogrodowymi oraz miejsce parkingowe. Na przeciwko wyjścia z obiektu znajduje się wejście na plażę. Na terenie Aquamarina (budynek Onyx) znajduje się kryty basen (dodatkowo płatny w recepcji)

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Mitten im Naturpark „Am Stettiner Haff“ und am Rande des Naturschutzgebiets Ahlbecker Seegrund liegt unsere romantische Hofstelle aus den ersten Jahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts auf einem großen, umzäunten Grundstück. Der Hof besteht aus einem von Linden und Fichten umgebenen Haus mit gepflegtem, buchsbaumumsäumten Vorgarten und einer daran anschließenden reetgedeckten Scheune.
