On the first floor with a large kitchen, dining table, fireplace and the cozy living area, everyone will find their place. From here you can get directly to the large terrace, which is above the water. The first floor has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. The loggia is a delightful retreat overlooking the Wadden Sea.

The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! The place is close to Carolinensiel - Harlesiel in Neu Augustengroden. Take a vacation in an apartment just behind the second dike. Surrounded by a garden with quiet and protected corners, a large variety of birds and a wonderful water lily pond, you can relax. In the garden there is a small sauna house. The sauna is free to use. Cycling and hiking trails start 50 meters behind our dike gate. Your pet is welcome.
