Aloa your holiday tires, it's best to read the whole text! The one-room apartment is 55 sqm and can accommodate 2 adults. Besides, it's my small, private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From a fully automatic coffee machine to a Wii U, everything is there. Those who want to unlock more levels are welcome.;-)

The apartment is located between the popular seaside resorts just before the sea dike of Minsen. Harlesiel and Carolinensiel to the west and the Jade baths Schillig, Horumersiel and Hooksiel to the east. These places can be reached quickly. But if you are looking for quietness, our apartment the right place for you. The apartment is on the first floor. The interior is redesigned after renovation. Guests have their own terrace with furniture.

Our house has been family-owned for 130 years and is protected as a monument. The location at the harbor with direct water access and old tree population is unique in Hooksiel. There are 2 apartments on the upper floor, which are accessed via a central 2-storey fireplace room with open stairs; in the middle between the two apartments is also the common sun roof terrace.
