Haus Ruth - a gem in the heart of the old town

Welcome to our family cottage. The house was built in 1860 as a "three-room house" and acquired in 1966 by our family, which expanded it by a small annex with three rooms, so that there is now an area of around 56m². It is listed as part of the Neuruppin old town and fits into the classicist lines of houses of the city, which at the same time means that it does not have a private garden and in our case also no terrace. In the summer, it doesn't matter because you're in the picturesque font town all the time anyway, and on the water, even less in the winter, because it's best to make yourself comfortable in the fireplace room. Even in the dining room with its still original tile stove, you can then warm up properly from the stroll through the city - if you don't like to use the oven, you can make yourself pleasantly warm with the electric heaters. For the 2-3-time heating of the fireplace and tile stove, coal and wood are available. We like to use the home ourselves as a family, friends and family from time to time. It is therefore privately furnished and a non-smoking house. Many guests describe our cottage as charming, as we have combined old with new ones, creating a very individual, cozy atmosphere. You'll have the small, one-story house to yourselves during your vacation. All windows have exterior blinds on the old town and courtyard side that you can close at any time. What you will find in compartments and shelves, in the kitchen and chamber can be used. The food and spices in the kitchen are also at your disposal. If you use larger quantities, it would be nice to add the holdings, so that the next vacationer will find what he needs again. Hope you will enjoy the special atmosphere in the small cottage so typical for the old town of Neuruppin and feel comfortable. For the current occasion, as a landlord, I again pay more attention to compliance with cleaning and hygiene regulations. I am guided by the cleaning guidelines based on the recommendations of the "Centers of Disease Control and Prevention" (CDC), a US federal agency.

Endless space! Cottage in the Ruppin region.

Rustic cottage, dream property. Wooden terrace, fruit trees, vegetable garden, fire pit, grill, treehouse, trampoline... Berlin family rents their house in the countryside with hundreds of meters of unobstructed views towards the forest from spring 2023. Dannenfeld is a hamlet in which there are no 10 houses, on the edge, no car traffic. Train station is 3 km away with Berlin and Hamburgan connections. Excursion destinations in Neuruppin, Rheinsberg, Mecklenburg Lake District... The house is heated with three wood stoves in winter.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
