The small house is located on the Kreisstraße between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior design is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of timber and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom facing south, living room with French Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.
