We had a great stay at Warwick’s place. Ideal location - both walking distance to the beach and strip of restaurants and cafes. The lounge and dining furniture differs to what is listed in the pictures, however that did not impact our stay.

Vivienne’s apartment was absolutely perfect for my needs on a business trip to Newcastle. Vivienne was extremely friendly and left very detailed instructions which left no guesswork to be made upon check in/out. 10/10 for this experience and I will definitely be back for my next visit.

Beautiful and central stay in the inner city of Newcastle. Within walking distance of everything you would need. Sarah was friendly, flexible and on top of everything you would need. The apartment was clean and relaxing space to unwind after a long day.

Such a wonderful stay! Perfect location to take in beach walks, kiosk stops, wine breaks and incredible natural sights. Janet was an incredible host that gave us tips for the area and responded super quickly when the bluetooth speaker wasn't working, and rectified it with a new speaker within minutes. Everything was done discreetly and although the accomodation is next to the main house, it is absolutely private. The accomodation itself has the highest quality finishes and details, with the bathroom and kitchen the equivalent to what you would. build for yourself if you had a handsome budget. A washer/dryer and dishwasher were added bonuses as were the provisions for a quick breakfast and afternoon drink. The view from the balcony was better than the photos and even though it was Winter we were able to sit out and take in the morning sun. Can't recommend this accomodation enough!

We had a great time with our 18 month daughter. It was a fantastic location and easy to get to everything we needed.

My mother and I absolutely loved staying here. Inside and out was actually even better than the photos showed. Was a comfortable, tidy, modern, quiet space. Outside with the spa, pool and sauna made us feel like we were in a resort in Bali. Given the chance we will definitely stay again.

Amazing! Ainslie and Dan were fantastic hosts & the property just delightful, well and truly exceeding our expectations. The property is well furnished, beautifully styled, immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The additional fridge and pantry items were a lovely surprise and meant we could settle in without the need to feel rushed to get the shops. The location was perfect being so close to essential amenities with the views of Lake Macquarie just superb. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise. We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we booked, Sandy was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly flexible, and genuinely accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, even hanging up a birthday sign for my father-in-law, which was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was perfect for our family. The kids were thrilled with the games room—it kept them entertained for hours. We also loved having separate living areas for some quiet time, as well as a spacious communal area where we could all come together and relax. It’s clear Sandy pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and heartwarming getaway!

Very convenient. Short stroll to the restaurants and bars on Beaumont Street. Car yard is very close, but did not find it obtrusive. Tara was very responsive. Had some challenges getting gas oven up to temperature, but not sure whether that was an issue with the oven or my ineptitude. This place suited our needs well.

Great spot which was perfectly located for beach, bars and restaurants

How's the serenity? We had a relaxing family holiday and enjoyed the lakeside location, watching the birds in the gums and the mullet jumping at sunset. Annette gave great local advice and we made the most of the kayaks and caught some nice bream from the deck. The warm welcome complete with considerate treats and fresh flowers was the icing on the cake!

Perfect for a weekend or even long term getaway. Location was great, right in the heart of the city, 5-mins walk to a couple local pubs, cafes and convenience stores and 15-mins walk to beach and light rail interchange. Also noticed quite a few buses with different bus routes around the area as well. Check in was a breeze and not that I had any issues but Mel was quick to reply once I had advised check in and check out. The place itself was fantastic, ducted air con throughout, 2 very big comfy beds, large lounge area and huge dining area with a kitchen that had what you need to cook for a large group of people, if you wished. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is always a plus, esp. when there’s a 2nd toilet and the bathroom was clean as well. Would definitely look to stay there again if going back up to Newcastle.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.
