The place was very clean and had everything we needed, most notably an abundance of good quality and functional appliances. It was also in a convenient location.

Staying at the retreat was a great experience. I stayed for a month with my 2 young children. We were made to feel very at home here, we were provided with clean towels, linen, bath mats etc weekly. David the host was extremely responsive and considerate of our needs and privacy. The location is extremely accessible to shops and restaurants. I’m beyond grateful to David for allowing us to stay for the prolonged period of time and would highly recommend this destination to anyone!

We loved our stay! Meike has really thought of everything to make the place feel cosy and comfortable. We LOVED the shower and the washing machine was a handy added bonus. Bed was super comfy and cosy. Close to nice trails and cafes and not far from Newcastle beaches. We also loved the code access and not needing to worry about taking a key with us everywhere. Mieke was also super friendly! 😊
