The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, located along a stream and on the edge of the forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. This achievement designed by an architect and an artist presents a great unity and magnifies nature.

A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
