This was truly a wonderful place to stay! Maria went above and beyond to accommodate my family on very short notice, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. The home was warm, welcoming, and clearly designed with families in mind. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional — from the cozy, well-stocked kitchen to the charming collection of children’s books that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The spacious yard was perfect for the kids to run, play, and enjoy the fresh air. It gave us peace of mind knowing they had a safe and open space to enjoy. Maria’s hospitality and attention to detail made our stay feel like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family. The walk jog trails were amazing. The whole neighborhood was beautiful. Great location to stores and highways.

This was my first time using an Airbnb. I felt my dog would be too loud for a hotel and not have anywhere to roam. When we first arrived to the house I took him outside and noticed the fence was broken. I attempted to use a broken screen door to block off the area. I messaged Grey Grace to informed her the fence was broken. She had someone within an hour fixing the fence. I informed her I wasn’t complaining just didn’t want her to assume it was me or not be aware of the fence. She responded so quickly to my messages EVEN before I booked with her. This was definitely a great experience and worked out for my family and I. I hope to stay there again!

Since we had a family gathering in Sealy, the location was great! Maybe a few more pots and pans. Everything else was great!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Our group really liked the setting of Ly’s place not to far from town but far enough to not be bothered by the the noise.

Francisca’s home was absolutely beautiful and felt right at home. Last minute we decided to extend our stay one more night just because the area and home was too nice for us to leave so soon. The Fulshear area is beyond beautiful and felt safe for my family. The local pool, kiddie parks, walkways, etc. was perfect for my little family to enjoy as well. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Every time I had a question, they replied within seconds—literally! It made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend staying here—I’d definitely come back in a heartbeat!

This is a very nice newly constructed home with excellent furnishings. The neighborhood is very peaceful and secure. If you are looking for an excellent, yet affordable accommodation just outside of Houston, this may be a good option.

Due to the ongoing renovation at our own home, we needed to look for a rental home in Katy for a few weeks and stumbled upon this property. The owners were great to communicate with and we liked them instantly. They were courteous and willing to accommodate our needs. The property is very homely, and has decent number of amenities specially if you are looking to stay with kids. The kitchen is well furnished and so are all the bedrooms. The owners were responsive to our requests as and when we needed assistance.

We had booked a place but had a family emergency and canceled hours before our flight to my brothers wedding! Francesca was promptly communicating with me and was able to book us in last minute. We were extremely grateful

Overall nice place. Might recommend a few more preventive measures for bugs. Other than that great stay.

Was in town visiting family and friends… Loved everything about Dominque’s place very clean smelled good as we entered. Peaceful nice area away from things but close to everything you needed. instructions where straight to the point and she responded quickly to all our needs prior to arrival, which wasn’t much because everything was what is was, excellent!!! Will definitely save this spot because I’m in the area at least 3x a year!!! Thanks again!!

The home was nice and clean .The only thing was I couldn’t work the thermostat.But besides that everything was nice .Ill definitely book again in the future.Also the neighborhood was wonderful and quiet.
