Moonta Miners Retreat

RobertRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We stayed one night at this beautifully renovated property while passing through the Yorke Peninsula. The barn doors add a beautiful rustic touch, and the space is well-appointed, comfortable, and full of charm. Peaceful and secluded, yet walking distance to the Moonta Old Sweet Shop and Moonta Mines Museum. We made the most of the sunny weather on our departure day and explored the Moonta Mines Walking Trail, including the recently restored Hughes Enginehouse and Smiths Shaft—so much fascinating copper mining history in the area. We’re already looking forward to returning in winter to enjoy the fireplace and soak up the cosy atmosphere. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Driftwood Cove - Immaculate Home in Port Hughes

ScottRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family 7 of us (6 adults and 1 child) with a dog enjoyed David’s place. Matched the photos and was in a great location and very private. The house was clean, tidy and very well kept. It had everything you could need including appliances and high chair for kids. Well worth it when visiting port Hughes or Yorke peninsula.
The exterior view presents a charming stone house featuring large front windows with decorative awnings. A paved pathway leads past a well-maintained garden with vibrant flowers. In the foreground, a grassy area provides additional space for outdoor activities, while adjacent buildings can be seen in the background.

Bailey’s Place – Laid-Back Holiday Haven

AshleighRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The main thing that stood out for us about David and Karen’s place was all the little bits and pieces which usually aren’t supplied in air bnbs which makes travelling as a big family, and with kids so convenient! For example there was a washing basket, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner. Then little things like plenty of bin bags, scissors, sticky tape and even glue! Tonnes of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates and glasses. All the little touches that you usually go without on holiday!
