I picked Marvin’s Airbnb because of its location in Chattanooga and wasn’t disappointed! Very walkable area and enjoyed the plethora of food options in the area. Clean space and matched with the pictures listed. I also appreciate his responsiveness to my messages. Overall a great experience!

This was a fantastic last minute find while stopping overnight on a road trip. The building architecture is gorgeous and exactly like the Flat Iron building in NYC. The lobby is beautiful. The condo itself is lovely and very comfortable. I wish we could have extended our stay and explored Chattanooga!

Everything was perfect here! Great location in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown. The condo itself was also great and we would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had an amazing stay with Ashley. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and everything we had anticipated was met and exceeded. The location was also perfect for our group.

Wonderful set up and very clean. Good communication from the hosts. Only big issue was that it was located right by very busy train tracks. We booked partially due to the balcony where we could hang out when we put our daughter to bed. Unfortunately, the train tracks were located very close and this would frequently drive us back inside.

This was our second time staying with Sandra. The home is quaint and well-kept, and Sandra is an excellent communicator. Anything we needed was immediately addressed. The home is on a street with very little traffic, so sitting on the porch for an evening of relaxing was easy. The home is clean and the individual bathrooms is a plus for a home of this type. Hot water was always hot, even with a full house. Check in and check out times are very reasonable, and downtown Chatt is only a few minutes away and a very easy drive.

This place was amazingly stylish and comes as advertised! This was also the best stocked Airbnb I have stayed at, without question. The hosts have put a lot of thought into their guests, from the adults all the way down to the kids and pets!

Kathi was an amazing host! Upon arriving and checking in she gave us fresh eggs! The place was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your trip. The perfect home away from home. The amenities were amazing we used the kayaks and pickleball and the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Kathy and David have created a comfortable and tidy getaway in picturesque surroundings, way off the beaten path. The townhouse features upscale decor and bedding. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, providing plenty of support for our special request.

If I could give more stars, I would. We have been AirBnB users for over 7 years and Nina and Tony’s home was one of our best ever experiences and perfect in every way. Sparkling clean, safe/private, breathtakingly beautiful home and grounds, and fabulous amenities. We loved the mineral pool, and the hosts were so gracious and welcoming! House instructions were clear, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds, linens, and furniture were all of excellent quality and very comfortable. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is!

Sandra’s beautiful was just what we needed. My daughter and I spent an exciting weekend in Chattanooga and were close to everything and had all the comforts of home in our quaint bedroom. Everything was clean and neatly in order and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Sandra for sharing your very comfortable home with us.
