Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

This studio in the middle of the agricultural zone has its own style. If you are looking for peace in nature, this is the place. Wake up with fantastic lake and mountain views, have a Nespresso coffee and then on to hikes, bike tours, cross-country skiing or skiing, meditation, yoga, swimming in the lake or as a pilgrim on the Way of St. James to Einsiedeln Monastery (Unesco World Heritage Site). The bed is 140 cm wide and is suitable for 1-2 people.

"Andante" is a musical term and corresponds to the step sequence of a calmly walking person. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Gersau, located directly on Lake Lucerne, is a perfect starting point for many activities. The 2-room apartment is on the first floor of a detached house with a large garden all around. The apartment has a large terrace. The bus stop, boat station and swimming areas are 600 m from the house.

Office and business apartment

In Altendorf SZ, near the train station, we offer a fully functional business apartment in a holiday-like development. The room with balcony is perfectly furnished for your daily business. A desk, which can be moved upwards, is available so that you can start your work directly. Wi-Fi and printer available. A small kitchen and a bathroom are included for your private use. And for a relaxing sleep, it has a sofa bed with a lake view.

Old farmhouse on Lake Zurich

This enchanting former farmhouse dates from 1814 and is located directly on Lake Zurich with only a few steps. To Zurich you have it max. 25 min by car or public transport. You can easily get to the other lake side by car ferry in Meilen. You can spend your vacation with me or seminar/ and conference days in a pleasant atmosphere. Also only for a short break you will find plenty of peace and quiet with me.

Relax with the whole family or friends in our beautiful country house with large garden while we are traveling. The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. During the winter months, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

Our guest house, in one of the most beautiful Lake Constance communities, offers you a large garden, lawn, barbecue area, guest pavilion ....... Our house is not a party location. Quiet hours from 10 pm in the municipality of Hagnau is the rule. You can book our house for 32 people. Whether a seminar, family celebration or a circle of friends generous accommodation is provided.
