We had a great week in the apartment in Simonswald! The accommodation is modern, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. The amenities are high-quality, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, the living room is cozy and technically up to date. We particularly liked the quiet bedroom with very comfortable beds and the modern, clean bathroom. The apartment was sparkling clean and well prepared upon arrival. The location is perfect for excursions to the Black Forest, but at the same time quiet and relaxing. Communication with host Marco was also friendly, fast and straightforward at all times. You can tell that someone here is a host with heart and aspiration. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this apartment. If you are looking for stylish, comfortable accommodation in a fantastic environment, this is the place to be.

Lothar was a very friendly and generous host. We really enjoyed our stay in Pfaffenweiler together with our friends and children. It is a very relaxing environment with wonderful surroundings. For wine enthusiasts: the local wine is absolutely worth trying.

Great location, clean and cosy studio

The host is very responsive and friendly. He greeted us at the door and even helped us carry up our luggage which was a first for me! The place is spacious, clean and is at a beautiful location. I would recommend staying with Claudio!

We had a fantastic stay in a fully equipped apartment. Everything is provided. The beds are great. It is also really a king size. We always select on that. I'm long and wide, so that was nice. The wifi is very good. The area is beautiful. The view from the apartment is phenomenal and wide. We have seen wildlife from the apartment (deer and various birds of prey). We had a view of the mountains and the cattle of the father of the owner of the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We regularly had a chat with them. From the apartment, beautiful routes and places are within reasonable distance, as well as large well-stocked supermarkets and restaurants and terraces. For hikers, this is the end. But when you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to be. Really a super apartment in a super location. Highly recommended, at an affordable rate.

The place was exactly as described here. Everything super clean. It was the perfect starting point for our excursions planned by car. Frank was a great host!! The family was very nice. We didn't miss anything for our 1-year-old daughter either. With a high chair, crib and the playground outside the door, it was a great fit. You can eat very well in the inn. In the apartment itself, you don't notice the inn at all. We were looking for peace and found it. Thank you very much for that :)

Lovely hosts in beautiful location on outskirts of Freiburg. Very peaceful but easy enough to get into the city.

We had a relaxing and lovely family vacation at Joachim's. He is a very nice and uncomplicated host – we could always contact him, which was great. The apartment was clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen, especially for us coffee lovers with three different preparation options and also coffee provided on arrival. Great! The shower was a bit special, but beautifully designed – something different! We were particularly enthusiastic about the quiet location in the middle of nature. Open the window, and you are directly surrounded by the bird concert and the sounds of nature – simply wonderful. At the same time, you can quickly get to town (we were there by car), which allowed us to plan our stay individually according to the mood of the day and the weather (hiking, shopping, etc.). We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you, Joachim, for the wonderful time!

We were allowed to spend a week with Marlene and Marco. It is a very nice house overlooking deer. A very sweet and playful dog and a sweet cat. Right next to the forest with a stream in front of the house. There is also a nice barbecue area to linger. I would describe it as very family-friendly. Everyone was very friendly from the welcome to the farewell. We were allowed to enjoy a barbecue evening with the owners and other holiday guests. It was all around beautiful.🥰 We stayed in the Hirschblick apartment. The place is very clean and exactly as described. The beds are super comfortable. And the balcony with the view is a dream. Early in the morning and in the evening you can see many deer and roe deer. So if you are looking for something cozy, quiet and familiar, this is the place to be. ❤️

Very nice apartment where we felt completely at home. Nice quiet location to discover other cities and areas from there. Everything was also available in the apartment and also all looked very neat and clean. Apartment was also very nicely remodeled and finished high-quality. Compliments!

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

We had a lovely stay and the apartment offers enough space for a family of four and is equipped with everything necessary. If you like nature, you are in good hands here on the farm. Friendly and hard-working hosts!

The room is very nicely decorated and very well equipped, so you feel right at home. Julia is very friendly and uncomplicated and the location of the accommodation with bus stop right in front of the house and connection to Freiburg is great.

We spent two pleasant nights in this apartment and felt very comfortable. The place was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. The location is quiet and yet well connected – ideal to relax and explore the surroundings at the same time. The contact with the host was very friendly and uncomplicated, and the check-in and out went smoothly. We were traveling with children and even though the apartment is not specifically designed for families, everything worked well for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay – we will be happy to come back!

We spent wonderful days at the property. The location was great. Restaurants were quick to reach and there was plenty of choice. The hot tub and the view were just beautiful. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Very nice loft, beautiful decorations inside! The spa is a little joy. It was really great, the host can't do anything. I didn't look at the photos properly, the loft is not at all suitable with a toddler. We had to barricade everything in the kitchen because the stairs are way too dangerous! As I said, it's completely my fault. I didn't look at the listing properly. We'll be back, but probably just as a couple this time😊. Thank you anyway for this nice place we discovered! 👍

This is by far the cleanest B&B I’ve ever stayed in – absolutely spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked with seasonings and a variety of beverages. Both the living room and bedroom were tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom and toilet were supplied with high-quality cleaning products, including disinfectant wipes, which was a lovely touch. Although the parking space is a short walk away, it was still acceptable. One pleasant surprise was the presence of a lift in the building, which made access much easier. It would be even better if there were a clothes rack in one of the rooms, but overall, everything was very well arranged. The host was extremely helpful, and all instructions were clearly communicated. The location is excellent – right in the city centre, making everything very convenient. The only thing to get used to was the spiral staircase, but it added character to the place.

Great stay, very available and accessible host! More than friendly accommodation, the bedding was very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable, I would highly recommend it!!!!
