Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Das ebenerdige Ferienhaus Robinson Nr. 160 wurde 2020 komplett renoviert, ist freistehend und liegt in Randlage des Feriendorfs. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Wohnraum mit TV, zwei separate Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Zusätzlich verfügt das Haus über eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Tisch sowie eine große Wiese zum Entspannen und Grillen.
