If you want to have a true Hawaiian experience; you should stay at this place. Absolutely amazing views, the sea just outside your house. The apartment is well equipped and so wonderful decorated. At arrival there were some snacks and candy on the table. 😃 We enjoyed the XL balcony in the morning, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee ( coffee and tea is also provided ). And we liked it so much that there are no windows ( except the doors to the terrace) it’s all shades so you experience the ocean breeze in the house. Shower is great. Parking in front of the building. Shops and restaurants at walking distance. We are definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

Beautiful view from the lanai, would definitely stay again!

My family throughly enjoyed staying at Clelia’s condo. It was such a great space for young kids (3 & 5 yrs old) with access to the lawn right outside the patio. The beach was walkable but not too close that we were not worried about water safety. There were tons of water toys on the patio and sand toys in the hall closet. The space itself was ideal. My kids slept on the pull out couch in the living room and my husband and I had the master bedroom. We cooked in the kitchen, ate in the dining space, ate on the patio, and felt we had all the supplies that we needed to cook which was wonderful. The location of the resort is ideal. This is our third visit to Kauai and our second time in Poipu. We will not stay anywhere else in the future. The plantation property is absolutely stunning with access to the beach. The access to the resort club and pool is great amenity. The walkability to some great restaurants is so nice! Ultimately, a beautiful space that we hope to return to!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Perfect condo located in Princeville! This condo was in a great location that was close by to everything (restaurants, beaches, Hanalei!!!) but still very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and kitchen was the perfect size with everything we needed. There are food trucks to walk to, and this was a beautiful place for walking with stunning views. I will definitely be coming back here and would stay in this condo again :)

We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was very quiet, felt very private and safe. Jen was a great host, very responsive and so welcoming to our family. The lagoon view resort retreat was great checked all of the boxes for our family of three. It was centrally located to everything on the east side of the island. We fell in love with Kaua’i and will be back. We highly recommended staying at Jen’s place.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Loved, loved Bret’s place! Beautiful first floor corner condo that provided the best view of the ocean and sunset! Location was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to grass area, pool, recreation room and walking trails. There was a bbq just outside condo near grass area where you could bbq dinner while enjoying the gorgeous view! Condo was clean , organized and had all the extras we needed! There’s a closet with beach chairs, ice chest and snorkel gear which we so appreciated! Bed was very comfortable! Bret’s place is spacious and we felt right at home! Condo is close distance to several spectacular beach’s, shopping, hiking, grocery, restaurants and food trucks. Bret is friendly and great with communication! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Princeville and cannot wait to return to Bret’s place! Thank you Bret for sharing your special slice of heaven with us!

We split our nights between this Airbnb and the 1 Hotel to save money, but we should have just stayed here! Beautiful views, spacious, and comfortable. The Hanalei Bay service and pools are not as nice as the 1, but this unit was stunning. We loved having our breakfast on the patio and looking over the mountains and bay. Note that you still need to pay resort fees and parking fee (appx. $75/day).

Jann is an amazing host (extremely communicative and very sweet), the home was extremely comfortable, had plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5, amenities were plenty, access was easy, and home was ready ahead of schedule. We didn’t spend much time at the resort, as we were out and about doing the things that Jann recommended were the best outings (the hikes and the ** best recommendations were fabulous), but the grounds are beautiful and our youngest enjoyed the pool and slides some! We woke up early most mornings, took a few steps away, and watched the sun rise right on the beach! The rental car was super convenient and was waiting at the airport! When I texted her about a question, she responded immediately and took action right on the spot. I recommend this place 10/10 and would love to come back and stay here again soon! Everything about our stay was wonderful.. book this place - you’ll be happy you did!!!

Our stay at Casey's condo was absolutely impeccable. The place was a perfect size for a family of 4 and we were so grateful for the boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs and pool noodles. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi on the property and the access to the beach and the amazing beach path for unlimited and life-changing beach runs. so grateful for our time spent here!

We had an awesome experience. I'd highly recommend but know that this is basically a room in a resort, not your typical AirBnB. There's a mini fridge and some dishware but no kitchen. There's also an additional fee of ~$50 per day to stay in the resort that was not included in the AirBnB pricing, which was a surprise and kinda annoying. Beach is walking distance. They had some tennis rackets and beach gear. 2 resorts and their restaurants/bars are walkable, but you need to drive anywhere else. All in all, great place to stay if you're looking for a resort vibe, but you could also just book directly with the resort lol

We enjoyed staying at your Kiahuna Plantation vacation home so much! The beach out front is wonderful to swim and snorkel in. We appreciated the stocked beach items provided (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc) So helpful! The unit was quiet and comfortable and a nice respite after full days in the sun. The grounds around Kiahuna are so beautiful and tranquil. We loved walking around and exploring (especially walking barefoot on the Bermuda grass!) 😊 We discovered the orchid and cactus gardens nearby and took many pictures of the flowers and plants. We used the guest laundry facilities once too which was very helpful. The unit was a 5-7 min drive to great restaurants, shops and Kōloa Village which we appreciated very much. Our favorite places to eat were The Fish Market (best poke bowls!), The Masubi Truck and Sueka’s Snack Shack (best cheeseburger and prices!) Thank you again and we hope to be back for another family vacation!

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

Juliana's home is absolutely beautiful, cozy and truly became our home away from home. Great location, very peaceful and spacious. Juliana is an amazing host, always responsive, supportive and proactive with local recommendations. It was a very memorable trip for us, and Juliana's home definitely played a big role in shaping this great experience for my family! Can't wait to be back!!

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! Beautiful home - probably could handle two families with kids. Old School Key versus digital entry. Beaches are about 20 - 25 minute walk from house, closer by bike. Very beautiful landscaping, made it feel very private despite being in a neighborhood. Upstairs bedroom had no shades so my wife and I slept downstairs, very comfortable beds and stout AC for sleeping.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the lush green landscape and ocean in the distance was a highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the peaceful, scenic location.
