Our comfortable apartment is positioned right by the golf course with very pretty views of the surrounding mountains. Otematata is little town with easy access to lakes Benmore, Aviemore and Waitaki ,a short walk through stunning wetlands to the lake for fishing and swimming. It has an abundance of walking and cycling trails, a country Golf Club, Bowling club and A2O Cycle trail. A fully stocked On the Spot shop, park for the kids & tennis court is at walking distance from the apartment.

D6 is a self-contained unit in the Wataki Lakes Apartments on the Alps to Ocean cycle trail, in the middle of the Waitaki Whitestone UNESCO Global Geopark & abutting the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

Everything you need for a break, heat pump, fresh linen, comfy beds and room for all the family and friends. Otematata is the perfect base for fishing, boating and relaxing with Lake Benmore five minutes drive away and a short walk to Lake Aviemore. Our bach is a short walk to the shop, fabulous coffee at Hungry Hydro, playground, pub and club or just enjoy the amazing relaxing views!

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with uninterrupted views across the adjacent Golf Course to the Mountains .My Apartment is located in the Waitaki lakes Apartment Complex , situated behind the Otematata eatery and bar . It is a great base to explore Tekapo, Twizel, Mount Cook , clay cliffs at Omarama and the Coastal town of Oamaru . It is also on the A20 cycle trail . My Apartment is a golfers paradise and has an outdoor eating area and Sky T V. But no WiFi.

Brand new 2 bedroom apartment, parking included

Two-bedroom apartment nestled right between the local pub and beautiful golf course, just a short walk-through stunning wetland to the lake for fishing and swimming. There are plenty of walking tracks, great meals at the local pub, a fully stocked dairy which is just across the road, bike track, and park for the kids & tennis court. Just a short 20 min drive to stunning Omarama which has amazing hotpools for hire and 30mins to the great fishing town of Twizel.

Just a one minute walk to cafes, shops and the town centre, this three bedroom (2 rooms with queen beds and one bunk - double bed with single on top) is family friendly or great for those on the bike trails. A nice large kitchen and comfortable lounge with TV, Wi-Fi and a large heat pump that heats the whole house. We are currently doing improvements to the back yard so the lawn can not be used. The garage can be available on request for E-bike charging

Warm and cosy with oven/hob for cooking, fridge/freezer, TV, a couch which also pulls out to a bed, 2x Queen beds, bathroom with shower, heating in rooms, and handy car parking outside. Wifi, heatpump & air con. Nearby is the Otematata Eatery & Bar, Otematata Golf Course, local shops and a short walk down to the beautiful Lake Benmore. Amazing walking tracks, great fishing spots, absolute paradise!
