New Beach House Awesome Views !

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

The unit met all our needs. Great central location and great view. Restaurants and grocery are close. You are close to the beach but it's not a beach you can swim in. The unit itself is good, could use an upgrade as it's slightly outdated. Some people complained of noise as you are indeed really close to the road and gas station but with the sound of the ocean and the AC unit in the bedroom we never found this to be an issue at all. The apartment is very hot, other than the bedroom with AC. The apartment hovered around 83 degrees and with the slider open you do get a cross breeze through the apartment but it's only as cool as the temp outside. They have two fans that we set inside the living that helped with the heat. Overall I have no complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the unit unless you wanted a fully air conditioned unit.

Clean, simple stay with everything you need — very central location close to many great restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay!

We had such an awesome time. Nancy was a wonderful host. We didn’t have to worry about a thing after arriving. The room was clean and cozy. The best part was the beautiful view of the ocean and of course the air conditioning! We had an awesome time exploring the island and this was the perfect central location 🏝️

So glad we stayed here. The view was even better than pictured. We ate breakfast on the deck watching the ocean every day. Bed was super comfortable and linens felt like brand new hotel quality. The pool was so clean. No weird colors or hair or anything. Pool was perfect, nicest pool i’ve been in. The unit had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels which was perfect. There was always parking available. The price was very affordable too. I’m so happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. I’d pick this place over a hotel for sure.
