Condo vacation rentals in Wailea

Nothing but good things to saw about host and the condo! Place was as described in the listing and host was very responsive when I asked questions. Condo is close to the beach and some great restaurants. Highly recommend for the place!

By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Beautiful view. A very short drive to Hapuna beach which is our favorite beach on the big island. Walkable to the amenity center with an excellent pool and a hot tub, which are usually so empty it feels like a private pool. The place is very spacious and pristine. Photos really don’t do it justice. Well stocked on beach / pool things and home amenity. Kitchen in particular is so well equipped with every possible pots pans tools dinnerware and bakeware. Super easy to do quick food for children. Between the high quality things in the house, and the tasteful decor it feels much more like home than a rental place. The host is very nice and accommodating too. Will make this a default for our annual big island trips. :)

We had a great stay at this lovely condo in Mauna Lani. It is nicely decorated with beachy decor and the kitchen is well stocked. You can tell the owners put thought and care into their home and it shows. The included access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is a fantastic perk and the available snorkel & beach gear in the garage were much appreciated! Kudos to cleaning crew and their cute bow “art” with the toilet paper and paper towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Comfortable furnishing and very clean.. Amenities at two resorts are nice to have with additional fees. Mauna Kea beach is one of most beautiful beaches we've visited, absolutely loved it. Will definitely come back to stay here at Kamuela.

Our stay in Waikoloa Village was truly exceptional. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered stunning views, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation.  The location was ideal—just a short drive to beautiful beaches, shopping centers, and delicious dining options. We especially appreciated the proximity to Anaehoʻomalu Bay, where we enjoyed snorkeling and sunsets.  Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that enhanced our experience. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the island’s beauty. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay on the Big Island. We can’t wait to return!

Ryan did an excellent job communicating. We showed up to a stress-free check-in process and simply started enjoying the warm, quiet surroundings. Our kids, 11 and 9, enjoyed many trips to both pools on the property. The Internet speed was good, and the offering of TV channels was nice as well. The kitchen was well-appointed and made it easy for us to cook our meals for our family of four. The parking pass was easy to use and we were always able to find parking close to the unit. I'm not sure when we will be headed back to the Big Island, but we will certainly be looking for availability at Ryan's place.

Alexey was very responsive to our needs and easy to contact. The rental was more spacious than expected. Also the pool kitchen was nice to grill at and a relaxing way to end an adventurous day.

We come to the islands to visit our family very frequently and have stayed in many places around the Big Island. Mary’s condo is on my list as one I would happily return to stay at. The beds are comfortable, it’s very clean, and feels spacious with lots of windows and a nice breeze. It was cool, which made no AC totally fine! There was some road noise but very tolerable. Parking is close to the entrance. Condo came with beach supplies, and was stocked with shampoos, body wash, plenty of towels, etc. Mary is a great communicator and very hospitable.

Genes place was very clean,and comfortable. lots of space and nice kitchen area. ceiling fan is a life saver as it can get warm but everything worked great and the the view from the balcony is nice over looking the pool with all the greenery. Mahalo to Gene and O'hana!

We had amazing stay at Paniolo Greens. It is so peaceful and room was spacious. They are part of time share property by Wyndham. There are all essentials like gas stations, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. It gets dark so I would suggest to check in before sunset but front desk was very friendly and helpful. Desi was prompt in communicating and helpful. We would love to stay again.

Worked well for our needs. Internet was reliable, better than some other units in this complex.

For our short trip this condo was the perfect location for what we needed to do in the Kohala District and Waimea. We typically stay in Kona, so this location allowed us to have less travel time. Great to have a KTA just up the road and different types of shopping experiences between Waimea and Waikoloa. Will stay again.

Loved the style of this home, very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. Very quiet inside condo despite being in the middle of the complex/building. Only thing that would be helpful is a map of the complex/multiple buildings so it would be easier to find after sunset (hard to see house numbers/letters after 6pm or sunset). Buildings aren’t necessarily placed intuitively or in sequence

This was a great property. Only issue we had was checking in. There was a disconnect between host and the property check in team, where they could not find our reservation. It was ultimately resolved but created a little anxiety waiting for things to get straightened out. The team at the property were very helpful and ensured we had a place to stay. In the end, we were extremely happy and will likely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. Thank you for hosting us at your amazing unit! Communication was some of the best I’ve ever experienced, had one small issue that was immediately taken care of. Would recommend and would go back again! Mahalo!

Yumi and Gen were absolutely amazing. From our first conversation they were so helpful with quick communication and response. They helped us after our previous air B&B cancelled the day before. It was awful and Yumi and Gen really helped us big time!! The place was a bit dated but clean and had a great location. The front desk at Paniolo greens were very helpful and the pool area was perfect. So many games to play and items to rent for heading to the beach. The location is really convenient being so close to the shops. Will definitely look at returning again!! Thanks Yumi and Gen.

This place was fabulous. Everything I had hoped it would be and more. The cove right at the condo was amazing. We walked out at night and got see the turtles. My favorite place so far. The host was awesome too. Hope we get to come back here someday.

It was the perfect spot and in the middle of Hilo town. My babies loved the koi ponds a s the pool. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We love the location. It was very close to the Waikoloa resorts and beaches. The location on the golf course was beautiful, we had really nice evenings enjoying the sky and surroundings. Host was very responsive and kind.

A very nice, cozy apart. Very good location, 5 mins drive to the beach and shopping center around. 45 mins drive to the volcano NP and we saw the episode 23 eruption. Krista and Ala always responds very quicknd helpfu.

Ryan’s Condo Unit is the perfect place to stay on the east side of the Big Island. It’s nearby the main road, easily accessible to get your vacation plans going, but also secluded away so that you have some privacy, some needed peace and you won’t hear the sounds of rushing cars. We paid extra for AC which was perfect because after our first long day of touristing it up and arriving later than expected, we walked in to a very cool room. I highly recommend adding this when booking. The pool was also an added bonus and their instructions were easy to follow. We swam laps, admired the different types of surrounding trees and lounged around by the lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again. We truly enjoyed our stay at Qin's place in Hilo. It was a lovely spot for our night there. Although there wasn't any air conditioning, the fans made it manageable and we felt comfortable overall. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to shopping and dining. Qin’s co-host, Mandy, was absolutely fantastic, ensuring that our check-in and check-out experience went smoothly. Every aspect of the space felt unique and special, and we genuinely look forward to returning when we come back to Hilo.

Beautiful views of the lagoons, ocean, volcano and jungle forest firm thus corner unit. Access to Carlsmith Park and lagoons was about 209 yards. Swam with a Honu on the first day I arrived and enjoyed snorkeling in the protected lagoon. The lack of air conditioning was nit a problem in April as the breeze was lovely. The location was a 10’ drive to downtown and very close to the airport. There were a few things missing, like pepper and hair conditioner, but easily obtained. Mindy was the in site manager of the unit and she was very responsive. She was able to download Hawaii News Now so that we could watch the Merrie Monarch competition live. I would definitely stay here again in the Sprung, Fall ir Winter, though I would guess summer might be a bit warm without air conditioning.

This place was perfect and exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do on the Big Island, without costing a fortune.
