Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Waihi Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Signal Ridge. The view over the mountains was just gorgeous. The inside of the home was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a simple dinner. The breakfast food items that were provided were so great too. Communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend, especially if you are planning a hobbiton visit the next morning, as it is only a 2 min drive away.

Lynley’s holiday home is spacious and perfect for large families/groups. The home is well presented and well designed. It is a lovely place to relax and has excellent spots for everyone to come together.

Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

There was plenty of everything for 11 of us. The lounge area was great for all being together. The beds were comfortable with lots of linen. The pizza oven was amazing!! It is a wonderful spot, well sheltered from the wind, lovely to sit out on the deck.

Chris was very responsive and gave us some great local recommendations. The house was warm and cozy during winter, perfect for our stay. We had two families of five, and it was a great setup—especially for the kids!

My family loved our beach stay nice location very private plenty of room for large families, loved private beach access, everything at the house youll need to satisfy ur stay, will be back in NZ summertime

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, great location and the kids loved looking at the toys on the shelf! We arrived later than we planned but John still came down and showed us around. Highly recommend staying here!

Awesome wee modern cottage only about 5 minutes from Kati Kati township. Would happily stay again.

Jackson's place was really easy to find and it's only a minute walk to the shops and local restaurants. Not to mention, just across the road from the beach! The space itself was great, felt right at home, nice and private even with Jackson upstairs (although you'd never know it!). Would definitely stay again :)

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Immense gratitude to them both, I wish them continued success in their hosting lives and thank them for the privilege of being able to stay in their home.

We are a group of friends and we really enjoyed our weekend getaway. Robyn's place was such a great place just to relax with a great view. Place was clean and tidy and we loved it. We will definitely be back!

Chris and Gabe were great hosts; we loved this cozy apartment that is super close to the beach and the bay, and near all the activity on the Main Street. We had a great stay.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

We had such a lovely stay at Deb’s apartment! It was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many. It was beautifully laid out, very comfortable, spacious kitchen and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The space was family friendly, and we felt very at home. Deb’s communication was friendly and helpful. Thanks very much!
