House vacation rentals in Waiheke Island

Louise's home was an excellent place for us to start from in visiting Auckland and New Zealand. The Half Moon Bay Marina was only 15 minutes away, where we grabbed a ferry for a day at Waiheke Island and had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful home that we really enjoyed.

It was a great stay. Had a wonderful time with my family and friends. We all enjoyed the place and we were able to cook and bake too. I messaged Amy with some questions and her reply was very helpful and on time!

The place was beautiful as described. The walk up is a bit steep if you’re not used to hills but the view made it worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and well equipped for a longer stay as well.

Great communication from the hosts and very responsive. It worked perfectly for what we wanted. Close to Oneroa, but quiet and private. We were very happy overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. It was a lovely house, was very clean and had lots of space for all of us. The area was peaceful, safe and had wonderful views of the ocean. Lee and Joe were wonderful hosts. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful recommendations.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home is nestled in the lap of nature, with breathtaking surroundings that make you feel on top of the world. The kids loved the open space, and the stargazing at night was magical. A truly memorable experience, made even better by a lovely and welcoming host. Highly recommend!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Cute and quirky tree house. Peaceful and quiet bush location. Best suited to a single couple given the openess of the house, but still perfectly do-able for two couples. Easy walk to Oneroa (Beach and Shops) and also to Cable Bay Vineyard. Could also easily walk to ferry as well (assuming you didn't have too many bags!)

We had a family gathering over the Matariki weekend. Pah View House was a fantastic place to stay. A real treat to stay in a lovely home with a beautiful view and a short walk down to the beach. Highly recommend as a great place to park up and relax.

We had a wonderful stay with our two daughters, 3 and 8, and my wife’s mother and stepdad. The house had everything we needed and Mike was just a phenomenal host. Extremely responsive and took many steps to ensure that we felt welcome and to facilitate our arrival and comfort. One thing I would mention is that the walk down to the beach is fairly steep. No issues for us and our daughters, with a bit of whining from our youngest, but it was a bit much for the in-laws. Something to be aware of for anyone with mobility issues. But this house is a gem and the views are just outstanding. We were sad to leave!

Amazing location and a perfect spot to relax and listen to the birds. Easy to walk into town and to the lovely beaches. Will be back when we can.

lovely retreat with gorgeous sunset views! we really enjoyed Shirley's home for our week stay in waiheke. it was nice and quiet, yet still walkable into town (we took advantage of the stairs, walking trail and buses). the home was clean, smelled lovely and we had all we needed there!

We had a stunner of a stay here with 3 adults for a few nights as our first ever trip over to Waiheke island. There is a beautiful coastal walk that starts 150m from the house and it is literally a 1 minute drive down the road to hit the village with everything you need. The Italian restaurant Fenice down the road blew us away; incredible food and atmosphere. We could tell the house is well loved by the owners and it had some surprising upgrades including electronic blinds and fancy dimmable lights throughout. We were super comfy here on the couch after each day of activity and the space is just setup for family getaways. Absolute gem and very reasonably priced.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable . Living area quite private even though houses on either side and one in front . Everything we needed for our two night stay . (Excellent lunch at Tantalus and a mediocre dinner at 372 . ) Well presented and useful guide book in the house .

A beautiful spot for an extended family get together. A great beach with lots of amenities nearby and regular buses too.

We loved our stay and had such a great long weekend. The view was stunning, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool and spa were perfect. Kim was fantastic with communication and made everything super easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well thought out place to stay.

I booked this accommodation for a group of people (from NZ and overseas) who came with me to Waiheke to celebrate my 70th birthday. The Hibiscus looked great on the website and was even more amazing in reality. Communication was effortless and timely, the instructions completely easy to understand. The property itself was extremely clean, roomy (great time out space for 7 people), the kitchen and facilities excellent. The location was truly magnificent with views of the ocean, and easy access to fantastic restaurants and on to the beach. Thank you so very much for helping make my birthday memorable and magical.

A beautiful space to spend a couple of days in. Well equipped home set amongst the trees and a short walk to the local beach. If you’re interested architecture staying in this thoughtfully designed home is a treat.

We just had the most wonderful girls weekend at this house on Waiheke Island. The hosts were friendly and clear with communication, the house was exactly as it was described - beautiful and clean with a magnificent view. It was just serenity. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to go.

The house itself is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how great the space is for entertaining guests—it’s an ideal spot for bringing extended family together, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay! We’ll definitely be back.

A beautiful property in fact it has everything!

Nothing beats the view offered by this location. Highly recommended! Everything presented as described, we were especially impressed by the recommendations! Written with love for local business and everything said in the house book was so reliable! Please do know the location is a bit tucked away from the busier centre. we’ve been having some peaceful drive during our stay. Altho honestly the privacy and calmness were what we were looking for. We were greeted by a wiggly happy wee dog (assumed to be neighbour’s) it was an unplanned warm welcome. ( the dog stayed outside the property tho) We love dogs especially a friendly well behaved one.
