Vacation rentals with breakfast in Waiheke Island

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Paula was a great host and the place had everything we could imagine in an AirBnb. Paula's touch of Cheese platter was amazing and definitely enjoyable for whole family as we arrived at midnight. This place was hands down the best Airbnb we stayed at during our entire month long trip to NZ! The suite itself was lovely with lots of extra amenities but it was the incredible host that made it such a wonderful experience. Sam is so thoughtful, helpful, and friendly! We felt like we were staying at a neighbours place :)

So good we had to come back. Another great stay. Close to the village and cafes and restaurants. A fantastic place to stay, cosy, clean and comfortable. So many extras, tea, coffee, cereal, milk, bathroom products. Home away from home!

Rose was a wonderful host and I just loved staying at this gorgeous bnb. The apartment was exactly as described and was tastefully and practically arranged. We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

The lobby to the building was simply great and super comfortable! The restaurant on the upper floor was incredibly convenient with really yummy breakfasts. The apartment was super comfortable, smelled great, clean, comfy bed and well appointed with everything you could need. It was super cozy!!The balcony was a nice addition! I arranged with my driver if he could take me to the location where the keys where, he had no issues with it as it was very close. As a foreigner I understand how nerve wracking it could be to go to another location to get keys if you don’t know the area, but trust me the place is literally couple blocks away. Catherine directions were very clear and super easy. I was able to leave my luggage on the lobby by the reception desk, walked to the location on my last day to drop the keys and it was a breeze with businesses and restaurants along the way. Don’t be intimidated it was very easy. Catherine was so great and very kind. Thank you so so much for everything!!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Lauren and Frank were incredibly accommodating. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Felicity was a great host, very welcoming and wanting to help with anything you could need. Her home was very tidy, and felt like an oasis of calm. The room itself was spacious with a good sized private en-suite bathroom. I enjoyed my stay with Felicity.

Barry and Antoinette are the perfect hosts. They were so friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating to a few requests we had asked. Having the convenience of being picked up and dropped off to the ferry by Barry was so helpful given we were relying on public transport. The rooms were spotlessly clean with plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. The continental breakfast was just delicious with plenty of choices, a lovely thoughtful touch. We couldn't have been happier with our lovely stay and will definitely go back and enjoy Barry and Antoinette's hospitality again.

Grace was so accommodating with our request for a long term stay while we waited to move into our new home. Communication was excellent and the place had all the amenities of home. The location was a bit further out than we realized but it was was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend to others

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

A great place to stay for a night close to the airport. We arrived and I realised I hadn’t contacted the host for check in information so was worried we would be stuck outside for a while until they replied but they replied straight away with the code for the door! The place was absolutely spotless and was very convenient to get to the airport in the morning.

It's been the most pleasant stay I've had while using Airbnb. Not only were the information accurate, but Mani and her husband really went an extra mile to make me feel at home. And that is how I felt- at home. They were pleasant , supportive, and serviceminded (helped me shop spices and drove me to the airport). And her food- it was to die for! I've tasted delicious food iver the years but Mani is at a league for herself. I genuinally recommend to stay with her of all my heart.

The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I truly appreciated the little touches that made my stay extra special, like the thoughtfully stocked room and the comfortable bed. We loved our brief stay at Colin and Aitu's place! The setting is so peaceful and we could not have felt more comfortable after a day of fun on Waiheke. The rooms are spacious, plush, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious (amazing fruit!) and we would have loved a longer stay. We would love to visit again and recommend a stay here.
