The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. Location: Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Neunkirchen. The zoo is within walking distance in a few minutes. There is a very good infrastructure with all the shops for everyday needs as well as the Saar Park Center. There is a good transport connection to the A6 and A8. As a result, for example, the stadium of SV07 Elversberg can be reached in about 10 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped and accessories such as towels, bed linen and dishes etc. are provided.

The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace.
