The floor is accessible via a "Japanese step" staircase on the ground floor a beautiful master suite with a king-size bed, its shower room and separate toilet. In the middle of the fields, our hamlet is ideally located 10 minutes from the beach of Wimereux, Boulogne sur Mer, Nausicaa, Les 2 Caps, Ambleuteuse and adjoining Marquise and its shops.

Are you hesitating between the sea and the countryside? Our apartment, classified by the Ministry of Tourism, is the ideal compromise close to the most beautiful beaches on the coast. This is also the starting point for multiple walks in the countryside. You can go and recharge your batteries in Wimereux, Wissant, Hardelot, Le Touquet, etc... then come and rest on the terrace. Extremely well located, a stone's throw from Nausicaa, modern, this 60 m² accommodation is located between the city center of Boulogne S/Mer and Wimereux. This is a superb open duplex apartment. It has just been refurbished. It can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the seafront. The apartment is easy to access (5 min from the highway). A private parking space is available, in the secure courtyard. It is south-facing, very bright and sunny.
