The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
