The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Opposite Siebengebirge, near Drachenburg Castle (known as the filming location of Babylon Berlin) and Drachenfels, high recreational value. Conveniently located: Mehlem-Lannesdorf regional train station about a 10-minute walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn center about 250 m. The price includes the accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn at 7% (always more expensive...) = tourism tax.

Located in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, about 60 m2, private entrance, in addition about 15 m2 south terrace on a large garden with old trees. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, integrated kitchen , hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can also get lost in the apartment.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.
