Villa Arcadia has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom can accommodate 2 people & two children (the two children on a sofa bed). It is ideal for the accommodation of 6 adults and 2 children (2-12 years old). It has 1 large bathroom with hydromassage. For larger families or groups of up to 12 people (only 8 adults + 4 children) the Villa Arcadia suite is also available which can accommodate 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) in a 70 sq m space with bedroom, living room, dining room and 1 large bathroom. For reservations of 12 people (only 8 adults & 4 children) inquiry and pre-approval are required.

Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Ήταν ένα πετρόχτιστο σπίτι, κι εμεις το ανακαινίσαμε με τον πιο σύγχρονο τρόπο αλλά διατηρώντας την αρχική όψη. Εκεί ζει κανείς την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ελευθερία αφού η απόσταση απο την πλατεία, τα μονοπάτια στην καταπράσινη βλάστηση και η επίσκεψη σε άλλα διάσημα χωριά, είναι μια "ανάσα"
