5 minutes from Center of Telč ! Miluše was really kind to me. She drove me to her place the day I arrived and also drove me back to the station the day of departure. Also, she took care by preparing a very nice breakfast. Her place may be old, but it's giving local vibe and very private ! I enjoyed it alot. Definitely recommend the place and Miluše to other !

We really liked Villa Karolina. beautiful private location. The hostess was always nice and accommodating and available at any time. The place was great. Upon arrival, the lady explained everything to us and gave us advice on what and how. The access was very good as well regarding our late arrival when we communicated through the app. The place was clean, cozy, and the kitchen was really well-equipped (also outdoor by the grill). We took advantage of the option of a wooden barrel in the backyard, which we really enjoyed. We also went to the court at the public field, which is really around the corner. There is a 24/7 shop just a short walk away. We'd love to visit again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Klara and Huck's house. The location was nice and close to nature and the place was very cozy and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the friendly and helpful nature of the hostess Klara (who, by the way, can speak fantastic German). For example, she made it possible for our daughter to ride for a short time or that the children could play Katie with her cute dog. Another highlight was also the spacious pool, where we had a lot of fun every day. Thanks very much to the great hosts!

We felt very comfortable. It was a nice little cottage in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The house was sufficiently equipped and the pool was great.

We were 7 girls and had a fantastic weekend in this beautiful place. The wellness area with sauna, steam bath and pool as well as the hot tub outside were the highlight. Due to bad weather, we unfortunately could not use the barbecue area and the terrace, which is why we definitely have to come back again. :-)

Enjoyed everything about this country lodging. Check in went very smoothly even with my party continually changing our arrival time. Thanks for your patience with us Ivana. Very relaxing stay. Accommodations are wonderfully quaint, but provided everything our group of five needed for our 11 day stay.

Beautiful, bright space in a great location. Although there are other cabins nearby, we felt completely private. The kitchen and patio are well-equipped – you can see the host think of every detail. Great communication and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Outstanding, unique, everything as described.

Very nice apartment with beautiful surroundings. Village is peaceful and quiet, perfect for rest in nature. There are sheeps in the garden which are nice addition. Rooms were clean and kitchen well equipped. I recommend staying there.

We had a wonderful time. Grilling and lying in the grass to forget the world around you. If you want to get out of the city, this place is ideal. The kitchen is ideally equipped. There are two bathrooms, with one toilet needing a new seal. Not all electrical outlets work. The beds are pleasant, but the wood creaks with every movement. But these are small things that do not disturb the peace and have even made the experience more authentic. We all arrived with a smile and left with a bigger smile.

Great spot, two cabins on the property both with wood stoves. Very cozy. There were 15 beds in total. Great surroundings for a peaceful getaway. (No stores or food anywhere close so get groceries first)

We had a wonderful midweek at Pavol's beautiful Bohemian farmhouse. You come through an old gate into the courtyard. There, you can access both stays. The children slept in the beautiful apartment on the first floor with beautiful bathroom and private kitchen (and two bedrooms). We slept downstairs in also a beautiful apartment. The garden is beautiful and endless. You can walk right into nature. The deer are at the back of the garden. There is always sun and shade. The hammocks are lovely. Finally, our daughter was able to play the piano in a large studio made in the shed. Communication with Pavol was very nice. In short, highly recommended. Prague 2h away Cesky Krumlov 75 minutes Big and good supermarket at 14 minutes

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet village. At the same time, there are all shops and services to Jindřichův Hradec.

Mrs. Veronika is very communicative, respectful, and friendly. She welcomed us and hosted us in person and baked us a great home Christmas. The entire apartment in the attic is very spacious and perfectly clean. It also has above-standard amenities - a spacious room with a ping pong table. If we ever go in this direction again, we'd love to stay here again.

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

We used the accommodation for a bachelor party and were satisfied. A quiet place with good facilities and a barn where you can use a large canvas. Unfortunately, the night before we left, we were found by a severe storm that had thrown out electricity that didn't hit, but it was an extraordinary event that the host can't.

Nice and clean space in a private house with a separate entrance. We were happy. The host knew we were coming on foot and not being able to shop and bought us a few small items for breakfast, which was really nice. But he helped us the most when we were looking for a ride to about 13 km of the village next morning so we could continue our Trail by the Czech Republic. He offered himself and drove us.

Nice place to stay, clean everywhere. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back.
