It has a large living room with l40'' led TV, fireplace and comfortable sofas, a bedroom with a king size double bed 160cmX200cm and a comfortable mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is quite spacious. In the shared courtyard you will find citrus trees, a barbeque area and bicycle storage. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
