Dragana is a great host - responsive and helpful. The place we stayed was precisely what we needed so we really felt at home.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with enough equipment in the kitchen for cooking. The location is quiet and residential, but just a short walk from the fort. Walking to the city center is possible in 20 minutes or so. There's also a supermarket just a few minutes away. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, and store our bags for a few hours after check out.

Our stay at this place was just fantastic! Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome – the check-in was uncomplicated and very friendly. The apartment was just like in the photos (if not better): super clean and equipped with everything you need. I especially liked the attention to detail – from fresh towels to small touches like coffee and snacks. The location was perfect: quiet, but still close to everything you need. Easy to get to from the airport and right outside the door bus stops, with which you can get anywhere easily. A lot was within walking distance. The host was always available, helpful and gave great tips. You can just tell that this place is rented with heart and mind. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Thank you for this great stay!

Easy to find, clean, friendly host

Ognjen started answering all our questions and helping us even before we arrived in Belgrade. The location is a 10-minute walk from the city center. It was a pleasant and clean apartment. We were satisfied.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Centrally located, not far from the bus station, it's quite good.

Milka was a super hostess, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and assistance. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Always happy to come back!

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

A small and cozy house on a quiet street fully matches the description. Inside, there is everything you need for a family getaway. The house was decorated for the New Year, and we were welcomed with champagne. The fireplace is a special highlight of this home, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket and enjoy the fire, creating a truly homely atmosphere. Couriers and taxis can easily find the address, and there is a bus stop nearby with direct routes to the city center.

I had such a lovely stay at Nemanja’s flat. They were always proactively reaching out to ensure everything was ok and whether I needed anything. I’ve never had that level of outreach before from a host. They even let me come a little earlier than the allotted check in time. The flat was even better than the photos (and the photos were great). I felt very comfortable in the space and it have everything, and more, that I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfortable. The WiFi worked great for working and I had a few zoom meetings with no issues. There was sometimes work being done during the day somewhere near but at night it was very quiet. The location was great and walking distance to so many different things. Also, easy to get down to the center area if that’s desired. I’d definitely recommend Namanja’s flat to anyone looking for a stay in Belgrade.

The apartment was exactly what we needed and wanted for our month stay in Belgrade. It was in a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants and coffee shops around it. There was good public transportation very close to the apartment. The shower was great with tons of hot water and great water pressure. The bedroom had a tv and great pillows. Living room couch was comfy. Lots of towels and good sheets. Two a/c units worked great. Radomir was always responsive. Lots of amenities were provided, salt, pepper , suger & coffee pods. We can recommend it highly.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place right near the Tržni Centar Rajićeva in Belgrade. The location couldn’t be better everything was within walking distance, from different cafes and restaurants to historic sights. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. I truly loved the space and felt so comfortable during my entire stay. Communication with Ivan was easy and smooth, and everything was just as described. I definitely want to come back and stay here again highly recommended!

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

I came to Belgrade for medical reasons and was originally looking for a budget apartment. Then I came across Marko’s place, which was just a short walk from my clinic and only slightly more expensive than the cheapest options. I decided to treat myself — and I’m so glad I did! The apartment was not only comfortable, but the spa was an absolute highlight. It made my stay in Serbia feel like a little getaway. Highly recommended!

Room is not big but Radmila alrtady mentioned about that. Bed and bathroom were clean. Radmila gave her number to call if I need her then she never disturb me. Location is very good. I recommend it.
