Large cottage in South Vendée for 15 people, with a pool, perfect for families or groups of friends. Fully equipped accommodation in the heart of the countryside, not overlooked and with no close neighbors. 1 hour from Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, La Rochelle. 20 min from the Marais Poitevin. Ground floor: Functional equipped kitchen 30 m² dining room, 30 m² living room, entrance, toilet 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, 5-bed dormitory Weekly rental in summer or 2 nights min the rest of the year.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Manoir Holiday Cottage was originally the coach house of the Château de Bourneau Estate and it remains its grandest cottage. The beautiful wisteria climbing on its facade gives it a traditional French farmhouse charm and is perfect for Summer al fresco dining in one of France's sunniest regions. Its very spacious rooms and living areas will comfortably welcome large groups for all occasions. There is a private walled garden, with its own swimming pool (7×3.5 m) and a ping-pong table.

The Poterie

Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Take a break and unwind in our haven of greenery. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Idéalement situé à 1h de la mer, 55 mns du Puy du Fou et 9 mns de Vouvant classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Une caution de 1000 euros est demandée à l'arrivée et restituée 2 jours après votre départ.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games as well as relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the spas just for you. Private 4x2 swimming pool open on May 1st, solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.
