The house is built at the foot of Xerovouni, Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfis and although its name is full of lush and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is located 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and are looking for peace and relaxation.

There is a stone ground floor and a furnished residence of about 55 sq.m. with a large courtyard on two levels and a view of the fir trees. It consists of a hall, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a marble fireplace and a bedroom, which has a double bed with anatomic mattress. In the living room there is a corner sofa that becomes a bed for two. It has a heater for heating in winter, while the house is very cool in summer.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. "Avra" Bright and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
