Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. There is a stone ground floor and a furnished residence of about 55 sq.m. with a large courtyard on two levels and a view of the fir trees. It consists of a hall, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a marble fireplace and a bedroom, which has a double bed with anatomic mattress. In the living room there is a corner sofa that becomes a bed for two. It has a heater for heating in winter, while the house is very cool in summer.
