The apartment is less than 300 meters from the award-winning beach. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. We will be happy to provide local advice and answer any questions guests may have. We speak fluent English and French.

The apartment has an alarm system and a 65 inch TV.

My wife and I had an incredible time at this beachfront property, exceeding our expectations. Indeed it feels like an oasis as the private grounds are huge but you're very close to Vouliagmeni center. The place was spotless, well decorated and had everything we needed. You can tell it’s an actual home and not just a rental unit. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen well equipped and brand new, and being able to have a private assigned parking space right outside the apartment was a huge advantage. Our host was welcoming and responsive.

A modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry in neutral tones. A white countertop houses a sink, accompanied by stylish glassware and two plates. An oven and cooktop are integrated into the design. A large window allows natural light to fill the space, enhancing the functional layout.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home. The view is amazing, and the retractable roof is really cool. I also enjoyed the large balcony! It was easy to communicate with my host. I would be interested in staying there again in the future.

I loved staying here. Lila is such a good host. She was flexible for arriving time as well as check-out. She showed me the apartment and gave me tips for local eateries and swimming spots! The fridge was filled with cool drinks and there was coffee, ice, tea. The location is very convenient as you can literally walk to the beach, the lake and all the nice restaurants. Although I’ve also loved to spend some time outside in the garden, especially for breakfast or in the afternoon. Would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the Athenian Riviera and have a peaceful stay.

I was there for a wedding weekend and compared to the Margi, the Athenian riviera and the Azur (where other guests were staying and paying 400+ euros per night)… this pad was legitimately the best! Awesome terrace, right by a police station, accessible to everything.. it was perfect Thank you!
